Red Stu Breakfast Bar

Excellent service everytime!! The food is great and the portions are not skimpy. The Butcher and the Garden with the maple bacon vinaigrette is my personal favorite. I saw some other review about the hash browns, in the picture, my son asked for them "burnt".

If you want the best breakfast in a beautifully designed place this is it! They have killer bacon bloody Marys and everything on the menu is to die for. We found this gem on our way through town and have made it there 4 other times just because it was that delicious.
The staff are very personable and helpful.
All around amazingly managed and run.
Do not pass this one up.

Great service, food and atmosphere. Changing / rotating menus are great and chang slightly at times as they listen to suggestions the customers make. Obviously the cinnamon rolls are exceptional so no need to really say much there. I do not live in Bemidji or in the state of Minnesota but when I come through every so often I hit them up got a great breakfast and cinnamon roll.

Very trendy breakfast spot in Bemidji. Modern decor. Solid service by the wait staff. Cinnamon roll was shareable and the highlight of meal. The Migas was ok but a little too midwest bland for me. Beautiful to look at but need a little spice brought to the party.

This is in my opinion, one of the best, if not the best place to get breakfast in Bemidji.

The decor and lighing of the place is perfect, especially on an overcast winter day. The staff are cool and actually check up on you often enough. And the seating, including the bar stools are really comfortable.

I was very impressed with the food. They prepare the food in a way that just embraces the flavor without overcompensating with sugar or salt. It is fancy looking food but comes in servings large enough to satisfy or even fill your stomach. The coffee is simple and has good flavor with no bitterness, allowing you to enjoy cup after cup. The liquor selection is great and the choices of beer are also great, including the delicious Big Wave.

All in all Red Stu did it right, and I cannot wait to come back.

Red Stu is great choice for a proper breakfast in Bemidji. Excellent menu, and wonderful staff. Has a great vibe to it. Open 7 days a week, but come early on Saturday and Sundays. It get pretty busy after 10 am! Featured photos is that of the Kelliher Skillet. It was superb! We will definitely be back!

Red Stu is a new breakfast bar in downtown Bemidji. The breakfast bar is a bright and airy room with a gabled sun roof and a large bank of windows. The modest sized room offers table seating as well as a bar. The back hallway leads to the restrooms and the 209 Bar and Grill. Stu's menu offers an eclective selection with creative dish titles. The food is beautifully plated and tastes just as wonderful. I've went there on two occasions and plan to go again.

Farm-to-Table & on site bakery, WONDERFUL FOOD, fresh fun atmosphere!

I ordered the HOT Minne-Cristo Sandwich w/ half Spin Spin Stu-Roo Salad. Delightful flavor combinations like strawberry serrano jam added to the sandwich, and the maple bacon vinaigrette w/ the salad.

And I couldn't leave without ordering a fresh HOT-OUT-OF-THE-OVEN cinnamon roll w/ butter cream frosting. I'll save that for The Hubby, but will definitely have a bite. SMELLS AMAZING!
