Service was very good. We arrived right at opening on a Sunday morning and are glad we did that as by the time we left there was a line to get in. We would recommend this as a stop for a unique food breakfast experience. The food was solidly good but was not necessarily destination worthy. We all left satisfied with our meals but not blown away.

Fun stop with great atmosphere. The Omelet seems really small, not a normal 3 egg that you see. I don't feel you get the value for your money, but it's definitely a fun breakfast stop. I wouldn't stop again, but I do wish I had tried their gigantic cinnamon rolls instead of what we ordered!

The restaurant was a really nice place. New. Modern. The staff was also very attentive and pleasant.
I had the Kelliher omelet with bacon and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns very super crispy, cooked just to my liking. The one was good also. The small issue I had was the hollandaise. It was super thick like a mayo and didn't have the traditional hollandaise flavor.
My friend had the Koozie. It was good but too salty for her.
I got a cinnamon roll to go! O.M.G. IT IS AMAZING!!!! Make sure you get one to share during or after your visit!

Portions are HUGE. Prices are MORE than fair! Staff is extremely attentive and friendly yet not too much "in your face". Great group of servers here! Atmosphere is open and bright. Will continue to come back here frequently.

The food here was pretty good. My wife got the migas, she enjoyed it but she said it was a bit dry and salty. It could have used some sauce.
The atmosphere and music are perfect though. Great place to meet up with friends. Bloody Mary was huge and surpassed expectations.

Fun atmosphere, great service. Very modern. The French toast was excellent but I can't say the same about the biscuits and gravy. It looked picture perfect as did all the dishes our group ordered.

This place has gone so far down hill it is amazing. Giant breakfast burrito was on par in size but not quality with a chick-fil-a breakfast burrito, my wife's omellet was mostly inedible duty being filled with black griddle grease, and my sons French toast was raw in the middle. The roll of the week was a joke as well. We will not be back again.

We brought a small group, eight adults and a child for breakfast this past Sunday. Walking in the door we were welcomed immediately and seating was arraigned. The atmosphere is very pleasant, tasteful and upscale. We found the menu to be unique and diverse enough for most every appetite. Our food order was handled without fault and delivered in a reasonable time considering our group size. The presentation was beautiful and appetizing and our food was exceptional, and plentiful. There wasn't a crumb left and any of our plates. Staff was all friendly and professional and worked to make out dining experience pleasant. Red Stu is definitely a Bemidji gem, not a hidden gem, as all the seating was filled before we left. In conclusion, Bemidji needed and upscale breakfast location and these folks really stepped up to the plate and you get all this for a reasonable price. We will be back!

This restaurant is well lit, smells good, and right away the staff was ready to help me. My order was 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time it was placed on my table. I ordered the "KOOZIE" which appears to be their rendition of biscuits and gravy with eggs on top. I asked to have my eggs over easy and they were served pretty much fried. I have to say though that the meal was tasty despite not getting my eggs the way I wanted them. My breakfast was served with two hot cakes which were anything but hot. However that being said... They were good.
My waitress came by once to see how I was doing and she did make eye contact with me several times to see if I needed anything.
Overall I'd have to say this was a positive experience and that I am anticipating another menu item in the near future.

Most amazing breakfast I have had in a while. So Delicious!! The caramel rolls are HUGE! When I come back to Bemidji, I will definitely be eating here again. The staff awesome and the ambiance was great!
