The Chickadee Coffeehouse & Deli

So glad we saw the billboard for this restaurant on our way home from visiting Duluth. Definitely a hidden gem. Such a cute place with extremely welcoming staff. Excellent food that hit the spot!!

We enjoyed coffee, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, their Chickadee burger and hot cider on multiple visits the 2 days we were in the area. All of it was amazing!

This is our go to place when travelling north or back. Good food, good service, clean - always a good experience.

The friendliest folks in the area and conveniently located near the Barnum exit off I-35 (exit 220). They take pride in service they provide; if an error was made, they go out of their way to make it correct without hesitation. During interactions there are smiles on the Chickadee's staff's face and willing to engaging in conversation to build a relationship with each person. The highest quality deli food and espresso-based drinks. They are knowledgeable community resources.

Cute place, very clean, good service. I had a turkey panini on ciabatta with provolone, bacon, onion, and cranberries. Very good - not at all greasy, very well balanced flavor with just enough bacon to complement rather than overwhelm the other ingredients. Definitely a 5 star.

Great place! Very cozy & nice with small town feel. Good food with fancy coffees & smoothies. There's even a basement where a local group meets for an hour weekly! There are games for kids & adults with Wi-Fi available.

I had to stop in Barnum for a few nights. I came in the first night and had great soup and sandwich. I had to come back on Friday for more great food, service and the live entertainment. I hope to be back in your neighborhood again.
