Caribou Coffee

The worker was no help at all. I went on Tuesday and wanted to open a caribou perks account and she said I couldn't and it would take to long and charged me $10 when if she let me sign up it would be 2 for $5. So I went on the official website, and signed up. I was able to sign up easily and got the 2 for $5 deal after going to a different caribou location. This particular worker was training someone and the person being trained was way nicer and understanding to me. But the trainer was very rude and seemed crabby. Not going back, going to a different location later.

First time here, it is a nice place for meeting instead of study due to not a lot of spaces. Good customer service! Im not a coffee drinker and don't know about the different between Mocha and Latte. I asked "Leah" the staff here, she so nice and knowledgeable about coffees. I only wish there are more spaces and plus more things for kids too. Saw kids with parents, they look bore and mad because there arent much thing for kids to do while parents are meeting. :)

Come on Caribou, you're some of the first faces many people see in the morning and you can't even smile or say hello? Five people working and not one greeting even though I'm the only one in the store? Very disappointing. Customer service matters! Here's a monotone and nowhere near sincere "Have a good one" right back at you.

It was a good place to plug in my laptop and work on schoolwork quietly. The food tasted pretty meh, but the drinks were good enough. Stuff was priced well and the employees and customers tend to be rather respectful.

This location is by far the best one in the area! Mostly friendly staff and they make the drinks as they're supposed to be made. In my opinion this location has been the best one in the area for many years now! I just wish they had a little more room to stay a while.

Everytime I've been to this location both the staff and the manager have been very pleasant, professional, and prompt with service.

If you are less than 10 years old and a baker you're going to love it here. Simply because of the 10 pound bag of sugar you get with every beverage that isn't black coffee. Have fun baking!

Have never had an incorrect drink made here. I have had only one semi negative experience with a barista otherwise it’s always been top notch and I’m there all the time! Great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff that have a knack for customer service 👍

I like Caribou Coffee in general, and this location is pretty good overall. Once in a while I'll get a couple chocolate covered coffee beans w/ my mocha (normally you just get one), and about 65% of the time the person at the serving window is really friendly. But there is a decent chance (roughly 35% for me) when I'll run into a barista who is less-than-friendly (not "chick-fil-a" quality. But then again, this is Caribou, not cfa). I just try to smile extra to make up for it :)
