Tim Hortons

If I was the owner of this franchise , I would be embarrassed... terrible service and waited in a drive through line for almost 30 minutes. Called to ask why there lobby was not open and they replied well do you want a job and was hung up on when asked to speak to a manager or for the owner’s contact.

Always open on time, and the lady working in the morning is so nice and cheerful, she makes my day. I always stop here when I'm in the area and always have a good experience.

Best coffee around! Real good food and ppl are nice too..Just need more employees just like alot of ppl..So please be patient with them... and enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee,guaranteed!!!!

Bathrooms were gross. Coffee was hot water. Table tops were not wiped off. Glad to just be passing through. People were friendly but don't know how to keep the place clean.

Drive thru is not always fast but I will wait because the employees are friendly and my order is always spot on and tastes great.

Got a coffee here...its literally water and cream. If your coming from Canada don't expect the same quality / way of ordering. Nothing worse then needing a coffee and then finding out you got water and cream when already on the highway

Walked in, waited for 5min,had 2 different servers look at me and my wife. But never once was acknowledged,had a word said to us. Like be right with you or anything. Definitely not the service I expect from my favorite coffee house

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Every time I come here they mess up my order and it's a very simple order. Large coffee 2 cream 3 sugar and 3 shots of caramel with an everything bagel and cream cheese. Last 2 times they have left out my sugar and caramel along with giving me any bagel but an everything bagel... WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Consistently horrible service. Every. Single. Time. Place is always a mess. I don’t know how they manage it but by far the rudest workers in the entire town, even when they hire someone new. So many burnt coffees and wrong orders. They just do not care. Save yourself the trouble and piss poor attitudes and go literally anywhere else.

Go anyplace else. Very dirty place, on both the Tim Horton's and Cold Stone sides. Food order was incorrect and very mediocre (Tim Horton's side). Cold Stone side was filthy with food products left out uncovered and sitting in the sun. Ice cream had some many ice crystals sitting on top...it looked horribly freezer burnt and unappealing. There was even black writing lines on the ice cream, like maybe bleed through from a Sharpie on Saran wrap or something. Regret that we stopped there for lunch.
