Ordered a large Coke and a large Caramel iced coffee black. Didn’t wait too long to get it but when I went to drink the coke I ordered the lid was not on all the way and it spilled on me. On top of that, the coke almost tastes like diet. I think the syrup needed to be changed and hadn’t been because it was not a good coke at all. Was not given a receipt either even though I used a giftcard and was not told the balance either so I have no idea what I have left on my giftcard.

Long lines at lunchtime are to be expected. The food is tasty. The iced cappuccinos are very satisfying. However, the staff, though efficient, don't seem happy. No smiles from anyone. I'm not saying I expect rays of sunshine from everyone, but sheesh! Cheer up, or at least don't seem robotic.

Coffee and ice caps are great... when you can get them. Google shows the West Branch Michigan location open 24 hours and verified within the last week but when you show up to the store, they are closed by 6pm. If they are not open 24 hours, don't advertise they are and that it was verified.

Pulled through the drive through, asked if we could get cold stone through the drive through and before even being able to finish asking the lady working the drive through, who’s name I didn’t get, cut me off to say as snobbily as possible ‘you can’t get cold stone through the drive through that’s why there’s no sign’ and because I was still asking my question when she blurted that out I asked her to repeat herself, which she did. So we thanked her and left, even though we were fully intending to get coffee from Tim Horton’s as well. Her attitude was atrocious, definitely not someone who should be working in customer service.

Haven't been there in a while and was impressed with the menu. What really impressed me was how nice and interactive the employees are. Most working at the other fast food joints are like they're half asleep and don't want to be there.

Always good food, but service is very slow. Takes a while to make your order. I stood at the register for at least five minutes. Only one person was working the register while three others was doing other things. The person at the register was running the kitchen and training. Your food takes a while too. Can't blame the workers too much with the pandemic making things difficult.

It is 5:04 am October 30,2021. According to Google “the business” updated its hours to 24 hours everyday. It was NOT open. Cars in parking (appear to be workers). No lights and showing closed. How is anyone to know when something is open or closed when you go and it’s closed but you’ve reported that you have said hours and it should be open.

Just stopped to get a couple of coffees on our way back home from vacation... The decaffeinated is cold and a dark roast that tasted like burnt chemicals. No one came to the window for us to return or get new ones. This is the second time in 3 weeks we have had terrible coffee from there. Very disappointed

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Not a single time I've been here does it take less than 5 minutes after getting to the window to get my order, even if just a donut and a coffee. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee are always cold, but the donuts are good.
