If you want an extraordinary dirty chai in a totally unique setting, amongst what I’m certain are the friendliest people on earth: head out to the old hospital, venture down into the Mercato, and follow the signs for Joe’s. What a total gem.

I'm a HUGE van of their biscuits and gravy. By far my favorite in TC. Make sure you get some fresh squeezed orange juice while you are there too.

I had a chai latte and bagel, they were wonderful!!! Will definitely go here again. Oh and the service was great!!
