Welcoming from the start. Nice seating outside by the river. Delicious breakfast...MMMM....and they have a super cute chunky squirrel, and you can PET her. Her name is Skirrtel.

Always the best coffee available, great breakfast and lunch choices for whatever diet you may be on to scrumptious desserts to break said diets. Atmosphere is family friendly and a great spot for business meetings or a quick prefilm date hangout.
In addition the owners seem to be months ahead in coffee trends, offering unique brewing methods, nitro and cold brews and have a great partnership with Deathwish and Black Rifle Coffee, to the new Three Rivers Coffee roasters.
All in all, perfect venue and staff for all things coffee

Cute place.
They gave me wayyy too much water for 1 tea bag when I ordered tea.
Otherwise good service.

We were looking for a new coffee shop/cafe after the one we normally go to while on vacation in Dowagiac, MI. was closed due to staff testing positive for Covid. So glad I found this cute cafe! My family of four stopped on our way back home and got lunch and coffees. The people working there were super sweet and helpful, coffee was tasty, food was yummy (my boys got biscuits and gravy, which they love and which wasn't spicy, thankfully, my husband got a Reuben and I got a veggie melt, which I had them put on a pretzel bun - so good). We also got a Butterfinger frozen coffee and an iced turtle mocha, and a lemon bar. Everything was good. The building itself is built literally above a river (very cool), and it has very nice outdoor seating with Edison lights strung overhead. There are little nooks and crannies inside as well. I try to check out the local coffee shops/bakeries in any town I visit, and this one had everything I look for: cute aesthetic and outdoor area, historic building, good coffee and food, and nice staff.

Very nice little coffee shop. Stopped to grab a coffee. Ended up with a couple of tasty muffins, that they heated up for me. Didn't have time for a sit down breakfast but did see some of the food they served. Looked very delicious. They had a variety of baked goods to choose from.

Always a wonderful spot to meet up with friends. Beautiful setting in old power building I believe. River nearby. Yummy baked goods & coffee blends, hot or cold. Drive through, outdoor seating.
