I love this coffee shop. The staff are nice and friendly and I think they have the best chai tea. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable- i love the wood tables

Bean coming here since they've opened in 2013 And will keep continuing. Great place to just grab a bite or work on writing a novel.

Quality baristas needed. I was so disappointed in my latte. Lacking presentation, quality espresso, and overall care for the coffee. Not worth $5 by ANY MEANS. Awesome baked goods, awesome environment, terrible coffee and clearly unskilled baristas.

Incredibly disappointed in the staff today. After having an interview scheduled at 11am they called me at six in the morning to tell me my interview was cancelled because one of their employees said I'd worked with them before (at somewhere I've never worked, let alone shopped at) and made up some story about poor performance. After trying to reason with the manager Jacob about it potentially being a case of mistaken identity and that if he told me when she said I had worked at this other place I could prove that I was working somewhere else, his only response was "no, I'm good." Also they shorted me on bubbles in my bubble tea the other day. For shame, Dacapo

Buyer Beware of the owner’s unprofessional attitude! Talked to Malorie and Kim to order sample cakes for our wedding, they were wonderful. 50 cents per sample was the price quoted. Upon arrival to pickup, my fiancé was told no cupcakes were made.

We agreed to pick them up the next day but Dee doubled the price. When I questioned the cost, she called me and angrily said she wasn’t making any money on the cupcakes and accused me of lying about talking to Malorie, the baker/decorator. I explained we were planning on ordering our wedding cakes from them for June 2019. As I was stunned over the whole situation, she told me she’d refund half the cost and then hung up on me.

I’d never recommend her terrible customer service, drama and certainly not for a planned, important event!

Deserves way more than 5 stars! Super cute place with a lot to offer. 3 plant milks available & a drivethru. I will definitely be making this place my new go-to!

Had an initial meeting with the owner to set up a wedding cake where the owner Mark was very friendly and helpful but asked us to come back after picking out our flowers. When we tried to call him back multiple times on his cell phone as well as at the store we never received a return phone call. I would not count on them for anything important. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
