Biggby Coffee Drive-Thru

First off, I love this place. I loved this place so much, that I stopped going to Starbucks. The baristas are all very polite and professional. The coffees are delicious. The customer service, in general, is top notch. I honestly defy anyone to find better service any place else.

However, some days the upsellling is so over the top, it's really off-putting. Nobody should be asked 4+ times if they need anything else. And I don't blame the baristas. They're only doing their jobs. I guarantee this is coming from corporate. And it needs to stop.

it is what it is... good coffee, good food... rather expensive.. 12$ for 2 medium coffees...

Shelby and Olivia were great! I Love Biggby and am a card carrying , loyal customer so I visit various ones… THIS one has one of THE BEST customer service around !

So happy to have my favorite coffee so close to home. The staff was most helpful and gracious. I’m sorry that this business doesn’t seem to care too much for selling their bagged ground coffee. I had been looking forward to purchasing my home supply here since the “Coming Soon” signs first were posted.

We have a Biggby close by use often and they are great. This was a new one, so we went to try it, and asked for hot coffee it was not at all. We were told to drive around to the front and wait for our order, but it was so cold. If that's not good enough the coffee keeps me going to the rest room all Morring. I will not go here ever again, and if you have any love for your stomach, you won't either

Every time we visit, the drive thru girl has to make sure she tries to sell you a muffin or bagel at least 2-3 times when you kindly tell her “no thanks”. Literally happened the next two times. They also need to hire, there’s usually a wait time of 15 min when there’s more than 3 cars ahead of you. We won’t be back.

Every time we come here they give stellar customer service. I love coming here primarily because of the service. Five stars!!!!

This is now my favorite Biggby location. I live fairly close to the area so its always nice to stop in and get a coffee. The staff is always extremely nice and accommodating!

Absolutely incredible service! All the ladies that work the drive-thru are so kind and they have such a good attitude. Even after I move I'll be going out of my way to go to this store for coffee.
