Biggby Coffee Drive-Thru

I was charged 34% (yes I calculated) more at the window than was listed on the menu in the drive thru. While the coffee was great it didnt wash away the bad taste of the overcharge I felt guilted into paying. $6 for a 16oz coffee is excessive. Buyer beware of the bait and switch!

I have enjoyed a few coffees from this location and the deals with coupons always make it a good value, the service is great, friendly, and fast!

Every time I go thru drive thru the staff always make me feel like I am making the right choice, they r super friendly

I have been a huge fan of Biggby since 2010. When I moved to Warren I was upset there was not a location close to me any longer. When this location opened, I was super excited!

I have only had great experiences, everyone has been super friendly and I’ve always had quick and accurate service. Definitely one of the best Biggby’s I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The inside of the store is clean and modern. I usually stop inside to grab my drink but it’s nice to have the drive-thru option too. It looks like they may be setting up a spot for some outdoor seating as well, which would be awesome!

The incredible taste of their coffee is rivaled only by the friendliness and service of the onsite staff. Highly recommend the caramel marvel. This is my new favorite coffee spot, especially with the discounts and coupons they offer.
