I really enjoy the vanilla bean and maple syrup lattes. Great atmosphere with kind and friendly staff. I am very glad to have them in St. Johns.

Well, I was excited to try this place and finally had the chance while visiting family in town from CA. Not impressed to be honest and I've had better. They don't have many brew options for a coffee shop. It was implied that they cater to their tastes and not to the publics.

Not sure where the baked goods come from, but the scone was absolutely horrible. It was dry, spongey, and flavorless. It didn't have the texture/taste of a true scone. The scone went straight to the trash and was a waste of money.

I would have given 2 stars, but the history of the building bumped it up to 3 stars.

This small shop is home to a very large accepting community. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with big smiles. They’re extremely friendly and welcoming. They’re true to the craft of quality coffee. Don’t be intimidated by that though! Davey and Ethan are committed to answering your questions if you’re curious as to how they “craft.”
They’ve got something for everyone here: Lattes, black coffee, teas, and kombucha, too!

Oh! And the baked goods are phenomenal.

I will always recommend stopping by.

For full disclosure it's important to know what I look for/enjoy about coffee shops. I'm interested in places to get together & enjoy sweet lattes!
I've been to Waypoint twice now. I really appreciate the set up. Lots of seating options for a variety of purposes. Quiet study, big group, moms meeting up with kids... they've got you covered! 👌
Beverage wise I love the vanilla bean latte! Sweet & yet a nice kick of espresso ☕
My kids rave about all the amazing pastry options (especially the cookies the size of your head)! 🥐
If your a deal hunter... they also offer a rewards program that's🔥
The owners & staff make it for me though. You'll never meet a more down to earth yet people focused group! They know there stuff too. They can help folks like me with new coffee shop apprehension and still handle folks that know what they like & how they like it! 💞
I'm not well versed in Kombacha or tea... but from all the elements I would recommend this place for all the things! 😎

The place has an amazing aesthetic. The coffee has a great flavor, lattes aren't too sweet like they are at Global Coffee or Biggby. The service is amazing and the staff are so nice. It's the best coffee place in St. Johns. It's very modern and in par with coffee places in much bigger cities.

This is by far, the best coffee and coffee shop in the area. Customer service is superb. I routinely get out of my route to grab some waypoint coffee. Cannot recommend enough.

I drink a lot of coffee and their oat milk iced latte was BANGIN’. So good I had to go back twice which I typically don’t (FOMO).

Very minimal decor but it just means they focus on what matters - the coffee. Both times I went there was one barista so if there’s a large party ahead of you be prepared to wait, but only because they make everything expertly to order.

Better than a lot of coffee I’ve had in big cities like SF and NYC for about the same price. I miss you Waypoint…
