T.A.P. CAFE

St. Clair is lucky to have this place. In every community there needs to be a safe & welcoming environment to come eat, drink, and socialize in a relaxing atmosphere. This is that place. This location has a heritage of being a safe haven for locals both young and old, and of being supportive of the arts. This tradition continues with T.A.P. cafe.

The pizza is delicious and they have a huge selection of hot and cold gourmet coffee drinks. You can't beat the view of the river if you like watching the freighters go by.

Highly recommend also as a place for remote workers to come and get some work done on their laptops. The vibe is very warm and homey.

Treated myself to a shopping day at the Riverview Plaza - never shop hungry so first treat was The Works Crepe at TAP Cafe filled with breakfast meats and LOTS of cheesy cheese and scrambled eggs. Was very filling and crepe was perfectly cooked. While waiting a very short time for my order, I sat outside on their deck and watched two freighters pass by!

Interesting breakfast and lunch menu options, smoothies, and plenty of fresh pastries and desserts to stop by while shopping and relax with a fresh coffee and enjoy the view. Carry out too and take across to the boardwalk seating for front row freighter watching!

I visited this location on a Thursday around lunchtime for a cup of coffee. I ended up purchasing a specialty iced coffee and a personal pizza, actually! Both are delicious!

They have a full menu of hot and cold coffee drinks along with smoothies and cheese. Oh also sodas as well. They also serve sliders, personal pizzas, sandwiches, and bakery goods. The pizza is actually pretty delicious.

Also the atmosphere is very cool and seems like a comfortable place to hang out for a little bit if you need it to do some work or catch up with friends. There is a parking lot in the back and there is street parking in the front close to the water. Will definitely come back here

Stopped for coffee / smoothies with family. They were superb! Honey Bee Latte was so so good. And was thankful for coloring pages, changing table in womens bathroom (not in mens), and high chair for the kids. Definitely want to go back to try the food.

This is a great stop for coffee! I stop multiple times a week and I have never had a bad drink! They have many different coffee creations to try, along with food and treats! My favorite thing that was most recent was their coffee flights! They were the perfect size! What an awesome way to try the town favorites!

This was our first bubble tea experience! I know right. They explained how to bubble tea. T.A.P is a cool place with an awesome view of the river! We will definitely return. Support local business!

Phenomenal service, drinks, and food rivaled only by the view of the Saint Clair River!

The berry crepes, breakfast burritos, and sliders are amazingly delicious! That’s all we’ve tried so far.

What a hidden gem, this place is. Come enjoy the beauty of the City of Saint Clair, watch a freighter go by, a magnificent sunrise or sunset, the fishermen out casting for walleye and sip on a specially crafted coffee or bubble tea and try a bite or two. You won’t be disappointed! 🚢⚓️🧋☕️☀️

Dark roast coffee was on point. There's a nice front deck to sit and relax while watching the boats.

I love the vibe of this place, good music, nice people. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the poor WI-FI. The main reason for me to go to this cafe is to work on my laptop. The internet signal disconnects every 10 minutes and you have to wait for the browser to reload. I’ll be reaching out to the owner to see if there are any plans to get this fixed. :)

Stopped in for lunch. Service was ok, no one behind the counter seemed all that thrilled to be there. Ordered the turkey wrap and an iced lavender London fog. Both were delicious, although I didn't get a pickle with my sandwich. It wasn't worth complaining about. Love that the garage door front was open, so I could sit in the shade and still enjoy the view of the river.
