Quick and convenient coffee stand. No inside dining, drive-in, and walk up. Wonderful staff, and a great Michigan based coffee company.

Honestly the worst coffee I have ever drank. I ordered the honey cinnamon vanilla iced coffee and there is no honey or vanilla, just half a pound of cinnamon.

I absolutely LOVE the Bigby in South Haven. However while visiting the Bigby on Blue Star highway in Saugatuck the baristas were not very friendly. So after I ordered my small drink. I stood there waiting while 4 other customers walked up ordered their drinks and left. A total of 8 drinks made and served after I ordered yet served before mine. That is not to mention the 3 cars of customers that I watched pull in after I ordered who were also served before me.
If this Bigby wasn't so close to my girlfriend's place of work I would not use it at all!!

Very fast for being the 5th car in line when we pulled up. It was faster than times I have pulled up at other drive thrus with no line! Drinks were spot on as well!

I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the drive-through. It seems a little more like the kind of places you see in the Pacific Northwest. The coffee was very good, and service was friendly.
