The Office Coffee Shop

My favorite coffee shop. I go here at least twice a week. I have meetings here all the time. It is a really good place to do work and speak with people. Most of the time you can get a parking spot on the street. Only down side is you better have quarters or else you might get a ticket.

Very relaxing atmosphere to write. The chai tea latte could have been sweeter but I'll try another drink next Monday. My new place to be. Pleasant staff and I ran into my theatre friends there.

First time there today. Had a meeting and needed to have it off site from our office and we couldn’t have found a better place. Staff was super friendly, coffee was good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Will definitely be back!

Really disappointed in the lack of mask enforcement. People were wearing them in and then taking them off once inside. Out of the 14 people that were inside about 3 including myself kept their masks on when they weren’t eating or drinking. Not to mention the guy in front of me was coughing/rubbing his nose with a tissue and sitting sans mask the entire time. I got uncomfortable and left. If the culture is that people don’t have to abide by rules then no one will. Do better guys!

Absolutely enjoyed my first visit to The Office! The staff was great, Miles was incredibly welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is lovely and open, easily conducive to concentration. Perfect office away from the office!

I've only been to this location once. Got free coffee because they were filming a commercial and couldn't reach the register, but I'm not complaining, it was still good! I enjoyed the atmosphere, overall a good experience. I'll be back.

Great coffee. in cool surroundings. I'm probably the old guy in a crowd of mostly Gen-Xers and Millenials hard at work, getting business done, working together - and I have had some of the most pleasant conversations. I'm always happy to be there. The customer service is top drawer and the baristas couldn't be kinder and more pleasant. I love that they actually give a % of your purchase amount to charity, and you get to select which charity.

I had a great first experience. There's a good variety of tables and comfy chairs to work from. The food and drink is good, and if you need privacy for a business call you can rent one of the private offices by the hour.

New to the RO area and stumbled across this coffee shop. I was initially super excited because I love the vibe, the aesthetic, and even the coffee --it's a super chill space with just enough background commotion to keep me focused but happily distract me when needed; however, I was very displeased with the customer service from a particular barista/cashier.

My first time coming in, I had some questions (of course I did because I had never been here). She was not helpful at all and actually was very rude and came across smug, as if I should already ~know~. I brushed this off, giving her the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. WRONG. Next time I came in, she was the exact same way, if not even more impolite.

While I really enjoy coming here for work & school purposes, the customer service that I have received from this woman is swaying me to never come back. I'm not sure if it is because I am new to the area and not "a regular" but as a CUSTOMER service employee, she could be a little more kind.

These people are honestly so nice every time I go in and are doing so much to keep people safe and stay open. They’ve gone out of their way to help me as a customer once when I requested raw coffee beans and I am very grateful for that service that they didn’t have to provide. I need to explore more of their menu but I usually get black coffee and it’s a good experience.
