The Office Coffee Shop

Great coffee, even better staff. They are the nicest people and go above and beyond as a coffee shop. The week is not complete without a coffee and plain bagel or working from the office. Best coffee place around.

Divine. That's all I can describe it. I've had their snickerdoodle latte and their toffee cookie flavor latte and both have made me giddy with absolute joy. I also enjoy the plants and the over all themes of the interior. Very homey yet very open. I absolutely love their little tip contest. The most recent time I went I voted for witch over vampire.

Went in for some coffee and a bagel. They had ants in the case and when I told the girl working she didn’t seem very concerned. Said she’d let the manager know and was in no hurry to correct the issue. They ended up throwing away the bagel but that was it. Went back to the case 45 mins later and the ants were still going up the case through a crack / gap. They proceeded to toss out 2 more bagels and placed the rest in a take away clear container in the case, still selling them all. The top shelf still remained which had muffins and other pastries. Avoid this place at all costs, they have zero value for cleanliness or care to address / correct the problem. I hope the health inspector does something ASAP.

Courtney, Matthew and the other staff are always friendly and helpful. I use the office spaces a few times during the week and they are always very accommodating with my cancellations and scheduling last minute! I appreciate them! Also good breakfast sandwiches and good Lavender Lattes!

This is a pleasant place to study, work alone, or work in groups. Spacious, lots of beautiful natural light through their corner location and huge windows, with comfortable seating options (cushioned seats available, so your butt won't necessarily go numb). The beverage menu is awesome, with coffees, healthy smoothies, and more. I second the other reviews that the smoothie wasn't flavorful (office monster).

I did notice two needs for improvement:
1- Why is password-less WiFi a thing? I would presume it's insecure and/or provided by a company that collects usage data. I didn't even connect to it, so I can't speak to their WiFi quality.
2- Furniture needs maintenance. The table I sat at had significant imbalance and wiggle.

I have said it once, I'll say it a thousand more. Every time I come back to the "D", I visit The Office in Royal Oak . This is the place for me to catch up on my projects without the distractions. I can schedule my stay property. Allowing me to work then visit Fam & Friends. The Office is very accommodating for my out of office needs. But, it is the staff that makes my experience perfect.

Delicious variety of coffee, I ordered an espresso chocolate frappe and it was delightful. The staff is amazing, the place looks clean and has a lot of character! 100% recommended!

Service is prompt, coffee is good, tables are roomy and spaced out well, and wifi is at 220 Mbits/s. What else do you need?

Great for studying. Offers a variety of tables to work at. Sitting and standing desks possible. Varied menu with the option of Office Services such as offices, conference rooms, printing, and scanning.

Excellent place to work and get a bagel and coffee. Quiet to get things done and focus. The only place in RO that I know of that brews a light roast. Coffee is excellent. They don't sell you burnt garbage. Bagels are delicious and they serve real cream cheese. Not whipped garbage cut with air. The quality of this place shines through. Keep it up, don't change a thing
