They offer the best selection in Rochester, unfortunately 9/10 their menu items are not available. I can't remember the last time I wasn't turned away. I've started going to Bean and Leaf just to save time.

They have a variety of coffees. I like getting lavender lattes. I usually get lattes with a flavor.

Number 1 spot in downtown Rochester to enjoy great coffee and dessert! The oreo cheesecake was so delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic or relaxing spot with live music and artwork from local artists. Will be back.

Well.....I tried to get coffee this morning at 7am and the door was locked. Waited a few minutes then left. I stopped here a couple months ago and had coffee and a pastry and was hoping to do the same but couldnt wait any longer.

Updating review:
The prices have just become detached from reality. Bags of coffee and pour overs have crept up in price, to $19-22 per bag. And they dropped the free pour over with the purchase of coffee, which was the only thing making their bag coffee prices palatable. Above market for local roasted coffee ($14-19 Germack, $14 Zingermans at Meijer). But then, today, they tried to charge me $45 for a “limited run” coffee. Stop being delusional. It’s coffee. You’re not Picasso. Charge normal prices.
Old review:
I don't really partake in the desserts, but their coffee is always very good. Atmosphere is a mix of professionals and college students and seating is a mix of couches and tables. Music is a bit too load to get serious work done.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in the greater Detroit area. They have three locations and all of them are good. Delicious house roasted coffee, specialty expresso drinks, and desserts they also make in house.

First time ever to this coffee shop. We had a team day at work and we went to Rochester and then we went to this place afterwards. So, I should have taken a picture of the beverage cuz I cannot tell you what I had but it was one of their matcha blueberry hibiscus drinks.
They also have very cheesecake and other items. If you're nearby, you must go.

Great coffee and friendly staff/atmosphere

They have single origin beans and do pour overs. Roast beans on site. Great if you're pretentious like me. They also do the standard coffee barista stuff and have cakes and pastries.
