My latte tasted horrible,the wife's chi tea was cold

Rating the speed of cashier and efficiency
Tip I would make coffee while working if I was you just cause your slower than average places
So then you won't have to tell a customer you made wait already because how not fast you are lol then say wait 5 minutes we are out of coffee
Umm can't you just hit a button and wait when you notice it's getting low ahead of time??
What are you doing with all the time it takes you to perform task?

They place is super nice and have alot of unique options to choose from. The one major complaint I do have is how expensive almost everything is there. However, the overall place is very warm and inviting. It encourages you to want to stick around or have meetings or small inmate gatherings with friends. Versus some other coffee shops leave a lot of wide open space that makes the place feel cold with complementing hard chairs to really add the vibe of the place.

Espresso machine was down, and they refused to sell me a pour over with their featured bean. If things break, or don’t work, I think a business should do what ever they can for their customers.

I had the French soda with lavender and raspberry and it was perfect.

I really love the atmosphere and design of this coffee shop and it is conveniently located up the road from me. The drink menu and food options are fantastic, however I seem to get very ill every time I eat there. An obvious food-induced stomach nausea/pain that lingers all day long. This has happened to me 3 times at this location, and I can't tell if it's just me or the food. I'll just stick to getting tea here for now.

The staff was friendly. However, the food and drinks are overpriced. I would gladly pay the price, though, if it was worth it. I ordered a mocha with an extra shot of espresso. It tasted weak even with the extra shot. What would it taste like without the add, water?

There is one woman who works there who has repeatedly been outwardly rude to me. This was all after I had to have the same drink corrected on several different occasions. She acted like it was my fault the drink didn’t have the topping it says it comes with or like I was a burden to her. I was always pleasant, said hello, please, and thank you. She never apologized and would correct it with pure attitude. I have had enough. Called a manager and will not be returning.

Some of their employees have had snobby attitudes in the past if you have questions (apparently some people thing you need to be completely coffee fluent before entering their domain). Today the girl that helped me was extremely friendly even though I had questions about the tea. She gave me extra honey to go and a cup for my tea bag when it was done steeping. It’s the little things that make great customer service.
