I’ve always loved it here, and I’m so grateful there are vegan options! Jami really made my experience fantastic today. She was friendly, patient and went above and beyond for me when I had a coffee-mishap. I’ll be looking forward to seeing her here again!

Bagels aren't too bad but not worth the price in my opinion

Love their bagels and sandwiches! Great coffee too! What an awesome promotion on Mondays: buy 6 get 6 free! Everyone at work loved them! Dont forget veggie cream cheese! Yum!

I loved their apple cinnamon bagel with honey cinnamon cream cheese spread. Garlic Parmesan Twist Roll with Jalapeno cream cheese. Very unique and rich flavor.

It was all right we didn't have a good bagel place in Alpena it doesn't have a good bakery in town

SLOW!!!!!!! I had a similar experience to today, the other day when ordering just a small breakfast bagel. They have 3-4 employees working and should be able to cover the lunch hour. However, they seem to always be switching roles midstream - meaning someone at the toaster will stop what they're doing to help another employee carry trays to dine in customers instead of just setting them on the raised bar for the server to get on a second trip. Then they have to go back and put new gloves on again. Today I ordered a turkey club, filled my drink, used the bathroom, and sat for almost 10 minutes while 3 people that came in after me were already being handed their orders. And they still didn't get my order right. They put tomatoes and American cheese on when I asked for no tomatoes and cheddar cheese. If it didn't taste so good I probably wouldn't think about going back. One positive, at least I've never seen anyone there do anything that wasn't sanitary, like I've witnessed at the Traverse City location.

Fast & friendly service, great teamwork happening here. Bagels and muffins are always fresh and delicious at any time of day.

Unbelievably Good! Had a bagel/muffin box combo with three cream cheeses and they are all super good! Work stopping by and grabbing a bite!
