Every one here is so friendly, and the food and coffee truly is top notch!

10/8/22: Approximately 10:00am- Toaster wasn’t working, but it seemed like it’s been out longer than one morning, eggs are microwaved- eew, young lady working register had a very large hickey- tacky, the establishment was dirty- not morning rush dirty, but long term dirty and let go- unpleasant. Male employee called a name for a to go bag/order, a customer responded and left with bag, same customer returns with bag and said it wasn’t his order- heard wrong name. Employee gave this customer correct bag/order. Same employee called original name again, another customer responded and left with same bag/order. This bag left the store, returned and handed to another customer- gross! So many things wrong with this handoff!

Delicious bagels that can be had for breakfast with cream cheese or a bagel sandwich for lunch. Their muffins are fantastic for any time! Love the friendly (new as if fall 2021) owners. Great place.

I suppose dunkin doughnuts has spoiled me. The ammount if creme cheese for a $2.75 bagel leads me to believe these guys have good profit margins. Needs more cheese. I pulled apart the bagel and it stuck to one side and was less than a 1/4 inch thick. The jalapeño creme cheese was the best i ever tasted. Coffee is good too. The word bagel is in your guys title, please make it memorable in a good way and put on more cheese.

Excellent bagels, awful latte and iced mocha. Espresso flavor was very harsh, almost burnt tasting, so there was no hope for those beverages.

Best muffins and coffee around everytime I come to Petoskey I have to stop they have other things too but there muffins and coffee are my weakness

Great place with great food and the best prices for lunch around! I ordered a Bagel toasted with Colby, Turkey, salami and mustard, with a drink and a soft pretzel for 5.75! Cant beat that price in the area. The owners are great people and interact with their customers any chance they get, and they work right alongside their employees. Cannot say enough good things about this place! Keep up the good work.

I love their cinnamon sugar bagels! Don’t even need cream cheese or any topping Forreal. So good! SMASH!

While the bagels and cream cheese was good, I was let down by their customer service. On a Sunday morning with 4 customers waiting, I got a dozen bagels and asked for the bagels to be cut and toasted. The lady at the counter told me it was extra charges for this and the wait time for this was an additional ten mins. I wonder why they need ten mins and extra charges for this simple task!
