Delicious croissants, smooth, aromatic Ethiopian coffee and good friends...nice way to spend an afternoon by the fireplace...

I went back and forth with this review because I really love the atmosphere and ambiance of the place and I find their decor mellow and inviting.
Some of their best offerings are definitely their chai and their affagatos. I do feel as though their espresso based drinks are a bit weak in my opinion but good overall. As i said before their atmosphere is inviting as well.
Now to a list of why i have this place three stars. Seating: I know that you guys are a popular cafe but expanding seating is a must. Cafes like Tuscan and even Starbucks offer a wide selection of indoor and outdoor seating that can most times accommodate a large capacity of rotating people. Their is almost never enough seating when I come here, I feel like a car in a full parking lot going round and round till I find a person finally leaving their spot and make a beeline. Another thing is the Baristas temperances, I have consistently had a couple baristas be rude in particular to me simply for asking questions about the coffee or pastries, I just find that they become easily annoyed and I guess i’m sorry if i want to know the price of a pastry, my b. Also, Prices are a bit steep to justify your end product. And finally, your hours, this is the most frustrating part about this place, I don’t really understand how you can only be open till 5. I do get that staff may be fewer than wanted but 8-5, most people are already at work by 8 and not leaving work till 5. I mean it just doesn’t make sense to me when other cafes in Northville offer times that keep them open to at least 7 and They open at 6 or 7 am.

I will say overall it adds a nice touch to northvilles overall ambiance but somehow makes me like it less everytime i go :(.

Always a welcoming atmosphere with great coffee. Staff are very friendly and its very comfortable having delicious coffee at home away home environment. Bread they serve is awesome too! I always go there couple times a week to enjoy the coffee and plan my schedule for a day. Always relaxing and coffee is good. This is just my absolute favorite cafe so far in Michigan!

I can tell this is a town hotspot, it was very busy inside with the locals enjoying all the lovely seats. The seats are in all varieties, tall tables,, long couches in all the nooks in the old home.This is such an adorable place of a refurbished older home, alot of love and care went into designing the red dot coffee company.

This is such a good coffee spot! Love the atmosphere of open floor plan, updated victorian house. It is so well done and not fussy. I love walking here in the mornings and getting myself a Peanut Butter Chai!

A great coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. The place is actually quite spacious so you don't feel cramped even during busy hours. The patio area is great during warmer weather. Good selection of drinks and service was quite friendly.

Red Dot Coffee Company... where do I start?
This place is the picture perfect coffee shop. The place you might see on an fun online photo or catch a glimpse of it in a movie. The atmosphere is OUT OF THIS WORLD. This coffee shop was originally an older house that looks like it was renovated and designed to be a business. The beautiful old architecture of the building gives it an at-home feeling. The tall windows and open concept gives the place an extremely relaxing feel- but encourages friendship. Make no mistake- you can come here and grab your coffee and leave if you wanted, but the design of the building will most likely draw you in and you will find a seat somewhere and enjoy the atmosphere for several minutes.

The beverages here are above-average and everything is made with such preciseness and care. Aside from the beautifully made coffee and warm aromas that fill the building, the atmosphere is warm and loving, making this the first coffee shop I've ever been to that left me with a warm loving feeling inside.

This is my FAVORITE coffee shop in Michigan, and I can't express enough how much I love this place. Kudos to the owners and the local community for bringing together such an amazing atmosphere, and for making me feel like a part of the community I would give this place 6 stars if it was possible- I can't recommend this place enough!

Such an amazing coffee shop. The best quality coffee and great customer service. Everyone is so friendly. Just wish there was more seating, most of the time I have to get my coffee to to bc there’s no where to sit inside

This airy, spacious space is home to some of the warmest, conscientious baristas. Their breve cortados are are a luscious treat in a small glass.
