Cops & Doughnuts - Central Precinct

Now that it’s the only doughnut shop in town it is the best doughnut shop in town. I just wish they made them at night like most doughnut shops do. Making them in Clare during the day and shipping them to other locations at 4am and then you get your donuts. This makes them yesterday’s doughnut. Am I wrong ? No. Still good. Can you imagine how good they would be if they were actually just made. Making doughnuts during the day is not how it should be done. Just go to Clare main location and try to get a hot doughnut. Not happening. That’s not how we do it I was told many times. You will never get one just made.

Amazing Donuts and service! A must visit, very clean and friendly.

I love these places. My nephew introduced us to C&Ds and can't get enough. I just had the coconut creme filled long John, awesome. Will visit again when in the area.

She was the only one working but she kept her cool. Great service!! Of course the donuts are fantastic. We always visit when we come into town. Have to buy some for our 2 starving college students.

Poor guy behind the counter was great!! He was out of almost everything, they got hit with a bus of athletes! We did get the best chocolate chip cookies and some great peanut butter cookies!!

Kind of hidden in the back off the road. Plenty of parking- handicap accessible. Friendly staff, appeared clean. Several other items for sale besides just donuts( which are delicious).

We always wanted to try them so we went to the one in Mt pleasant my husband held the door for 3 elderly people, the man paid for our 2 donuts they were very good my husband had an apple fritter and I had a long John with barbarian cream very good,

Just hit and miss, one day the donuts are stale and the next their so fresh it's like they just came out... I wish they were a whole lot more consistent in freshness

Seems to be popular. Good concept. Many donuts. Better coffee and less adjacent merchandise would add a star.
