Good, my nephew gives the kids strawberry magic milk 5 stars, we enjoyed our redbull cream freezes even though my wife misses the pomegranate syrup that has been retired.

They are prompt,friendly and great customer service. I was a Starbucks customer for a VERY long time. The one in the town I'm in now there help is always rude and has new people all the time

In the heart of the college section of town, so you'll see lots of students taking up space in the morning and afternoon. If you're looking for a quite place to do work or somewhere to bring a group of people, the evening hours are your best time. Staff is very friendly and are geared toward making your stay ideal. Coffee drinks enjoyed in house are allowed a single free refill; $1.50 afterwards. They also do a steady drive thru business.

Oh man, what a bad experience. At the drive thru we were time to please wait a minute. After 15 minutes, and repeatedly making my presence known to the speaker, I pull up to the window. 5 employees are standing around, doing nothing, head sets around their necks. I explain that I'm the customer you told to wait a sec 15 minutes ago I got a sorry but clearly in a "so what?" tone. No discount. No real apology. Between my girlfriend and I, this makes a half dozen awful experiences here. The other Mt Pleasant Bigby is owned by a bigot. So I guess it's Tim Horton's or Starbucks for me.

It's BIGGBY. Always a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience 👍🏼Not really a coffee drinker myself, so I love they have other options. I do enjoy a frozen or iced coffee from BIGGBY though.🧋

This location has one of the best baristas I've encountered. Always polite and full of energy. I have not been able to catch his name but the last 3 times I've been there he has been outstanding!

My daughter loves coming here for the Coco Carmelo. Staff is always super nice. And as a non-coffee drinker, they always try to come up with different concoctions of non-coffee items, for me to try :-)

This is my favorite Biggby location! The baristas are always kind and helpful. The bragels and coffee are always delicious and done exactly as desired :)
