Great coffee and long lines lol

Customer service was good and staff was very friendly, the coffee on the other hand was some of the worst I have ever tasted from a coffee shop!! The espresso tasted like garbage. I would have rather had Starbucks, and that is saying something. First and last time I will ever be going there.

Staff is always so friendly and kind! I especially want to note the gal working drive-thru at 1120 on 10/3/17. I couldn't hear through the speaker well because I drive a diesel and have verbal children.. We ordered a hot steamer but received an iced one. I apologized for the mix up and the drive thru person was incredibly gracious. Thankful for service employees like her. Our favorite place for over a year and will keep coming back. Well done, hiring manager.

My favorite Biggby location by far. The staff is always so wonderful and cheerful. Can be a little slow when it comes to making the drinks, but I've just come to expect it and it's not a big issue.

I love the coffee here and the staff is super nice, just the lines are always really long normally and slow to get your drink. Great quality of if you have the time to wait.

Located in the Union Square plaza this Biggby is a nice place to drop in for a coffee, tea or treat when I been shopping the area. There is a drive thru. The inside is a cozy place to sit with a friend or just be alone. One thing I find nice about Biggby's Coffee is coupons. There is also a Biggby drive thru open on the north east side of Mount Pleasant near the casino on Pickard. It's a new thing Biggby is trying here. I think it will be successful.

I love this location! Customer service is great! And the drinks are always made perfect! I made the mistake of going to the other location earlier this week and I will never go back! Keep up the awesome work bluegrass crew!

Good Coffee, Very Poor Service. In town for five days. First day I went to a different Bigby, service and coffee was excellent. Next day I came here, ordered two 24oz black coffees through the drive thru. Got to where I was going and thought these seem light. Took the kids off and found one with 2 inches of space at the top the other had at least four inches at top, so basically a half full cup. Next day I go through the drive thru again, I explained what happened today before. I'm told or the good news is today is buy one cup get one free so you'll make up for yesterday. I didn't not even try to explain that would not make up for the day before. I ordered asked for a ice to be put in 1 cup so it would be warm not hot so I could drink it right away, of course they did not put enough ice in. The third day which was today I went inside in order two 24 Oz Biggby best coffees. I get down to the end of the counter and realize there are line of people waiting for brewed coffee. It's 7:20 a.m. and they have no brewed coffee finally 15 minutes later they have a pot of coffee ready for me. Unfortunately not enough to fill both of my 24 oz cups, but at least I have coffee. Tomorrow I'll go back to the other Biggby and be much more happy

Store was nice and clean. There frozen caramel coffee latte was good, but it doesn't compare to Dunkin Donuts frozen caramel coffee in Avon Park Florida

Waited 15 mins to see a car move in the drive thru line, then waited another 5 watched 2 other cars leave then I left... manager says their “busy” I get that but your servicing coffee for people who are generally on the go, then you put people in a line they can’t get out of for 25 mins... “busy” should never get this bad... woulda been served quicker at any fast food restaurant in town at busiest time of day guaranteed. Won’t be back!
