I have visited this location for years, and until now my experiences were friendly, clean, and fantastic, food and service were amazing. THIS TIME was very different. Upon entering in a rush, my wife and I were happy to wait until
... watching two girls behind the counter: one wipes her nose then serves a sandwich to a customer.. And another eating food behind the counter. Needless to say we did not stay to find out if the bagels were as good as I remembered! I have not been back since. :(

My daughter visited your place this week. She brought home a variety of Bagels. We absolutely loved them! We live south of Detriot and are hoping to be able to buy and ship to us!!!

The bagels are actually very dissappointing. They're not chewy at all, the dough is clearly undersalted, the texture is all wrong and is more like bread and there's a bad baking soda aftertaste from whatever base they're using in the water. The sandwhiches look fine, but you'll get a better bagel even at McDonald's.

Line in covid times - moved fast! We were visiting from out of state and would recommend to anyone.

Bagels and cream cheese are top-notch but the service is so slow. The staff work hard but the owner is seemingly too cheap to invest in an auto-slicer and larger toaster. Staff have to hand-cut bagels and place them in a tiny toaster and even the simplest order can take a long time. When its busy, expect long waits.

Came here for a quick breakfast after our McDonald's disaster and they were fast and delicious. All sorts of bagels and spreads to choose from and they have lunch options. The staff was super friendly and the seating / eating area is roomy and comfortable with free wifi. Came back the next day for more.

Excellent bagel sandwiches as usual! We used the drive thru this time and we had egg sandwiches. Very good!!!

Fantastic bagel sandwiches at a reasonable price. Be prepared for a wait if you're there during peak hours, and it can't hurt to call ahead.
