Third Street Bagel

Great food, but everytime I try to pick up in the drive thru, I feel like the employees go out of their way to not notice me. I've made eye contact with this girl working twice and she keeps ignoring me, plus either the "someone is here" doorbell doesnt work, or they are actually ignoring me, cuz I've rang it half a dozen times. 8 minutes of waiting and counting. Someone FINALLY came to help as I was about to ring the store and tell the girl to turn around. Again, good food tho

The bagels are delicious but the workers don't know what they're doing and are extremely slow. Every time I get a bagel with toppings on it, it's about 40-50% sauce, and nearly impossible to eat. This mornings nutella and strawberry bagel had five strawberry slices and half a jar of nutella, smeared all over every part of the bagel. I've been starting to just get plain bagels and put my own toppings on them.

I'm a college student at NMU and I love this place when I don't want the dining hall food. But you need to get here early for more options on bagel flavors!

Pretty solid. I've had serious complaints about their service in the past, but they've been good lately so I've bumped my review up to a 3. Still the best bagel in town.

One if the best coffee/breakfast lunch spots around. Amazing bagel sandwiches with tons of options and a very good drink menu. Their cold brew coffee is top 3 I've ever had.

Literally took over an hour to get 3 bagels w spread at this place. Sure they were busy but they have no idea how to prioritize orders. Don't go if you're a tourist on a time schedule. Avoid!

Wow! Amazing breakfast bagels and smoothies. Size portions are large as well which makes it even better. Filled me up for breakfast

My breakfast sandwich (A toasted cheddar jalapeño bagel with scrambled egg and pepperjack cheese) was delish! Fast service, friendly staff, comfortable environment, and yummy food!

I think they were just having a bad day. The place was very busy. Staff seemed overwhelmed. We got wrong order for 2 of 5 people in our group. Never got the coffee we ordered until we went back to ask as it was forgotten. One person in our party didn't get his sandwich until all of us had already finished. The drinks in the cold case were expired by more than 5 days as well.

Very good fresh bagels. I had lox on sesame(delish) with spinach tomato basil soup. Interesting menu, clean restaurant. Also serves breakfast bagels... I will be back!!
