BIGGBY COFFEE

I used to go here regularly. However sometimes my Career keeps me away from this location. All the people who work there are friendly. New faces since I went a few months ago. Shout out to the Triple Cross Girl.

I used to be a regular a year ago, but now the staff messes up half of my orders, AND they have the audacity to ask for tips... I've never been through a fast food/coffee drive thru where a cashier asks me, "would you like to tip our staff?"

My weakness in a cup! Every drink they have is amazing!!! Best coffee place around! And I always get tons of coupons from them, so I always get discounted bills! Plus they are super friendly and really put their all into their job!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your coffee/tea etc..... this is by far the worst BIGGBY I’ve ever Been too. Slowest service, horrible customer service, Rude employees. They can never get your order right. Just terrible, if you want good fast service drive over to a Starbucks or Tim Hortons down the street.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but was meeting a friend there. Besides coffee, they had a wide assortment of non-coffee drinks, both hot and cold.
Staff was really friendly, and the seating allowed for a relaxed meeting.

This Biggby's is usually not very busy so I always get great service here. The prices are close to Starbucks but all of there drinks are amazing! There are often a lot of coupons to use here that can be found online or sent to you to.

The service is awful, it takes at least 5-7 mins to get a coffee. I waited in the drive thru for a long time to get a bagel sandwich and a coffee. They took my money then I finally got my coffee then it was another 5-7 minutes for my bagel. I said I wanted my money back on the bagel and to cancel it and she said she didn't know how. Train your staff to be more efficient. I do not recommend this place. Hall Road, Clinton Township

Very disappointed. With all that's going on health wise. I ordered via Doordash two iced coffees. To only have it brought to my house completely uncovered and the mouth holes on the cup uncovered. Please if you're going to send product out through delivery services please cover the product up to help keep everyone safe. Thats my last time ordering coffee through delivery services here,Even McDonald's cover up there coffees, if they can do it,so can you

They are THE BEST Biggy on the East Side. I go there every day to get my coffee. The baristas there are the friendliest folks I have ever met. Mary and Katie ROCK! Way better than tropical smoothie nearby! Little birdie tells me they will have ice cream too! Best owners ever! Feeling the love every day ❤❤❤❤❤

The Carmel Marvel was sooo good!
