Passing through this little town and stopped here for breakfast. They were very busy but they did a great job and the food was absolutely delicious especially the homemade biscuits and gravy! Definitely recommend!

Food was great, but it took a long time to come up. Our waitress was horrible. She only gave us 3 menus for 5 people. Never smiled and was snappy and unpleasant. Never returned after taking our order, no water, soda or coffee refills. No extra napkins. We had to flag down a different waitress for drinks and extra napkins. She only came back to bring us our food, again no smile and didn't even speak to us. She didn't ask if we needed anything else etc. She never came back after that. We went to the counter to get our check.
Again, the food was great.

Service was the best I've had there. Food was per Nite Owl. Not great, but good for them. The part I had trouble with is cleanliness. That place is always gross. This time I needed the bathroom, which even if it was clean it would look dirty. But it wasn't clean. I'm not too into eating after walking in there, especially when the toilet is full. Ugh. Also, the lock on the door is scary. I thought I was stuck forever. It's so high I have no idea how a child would be able to lock it for privacy. Even if they had the height to reach they would not have the strength to put their body into unlocking it.

Walked in on the afternoon of 6/21/21, took a seat in a booth, and received not as much as a glance from the server, who was very busy chatting with her friends at the cash register. After twenty minutes, we watched her walk to a table full of people who had been seated when we came in and take their order. We left.

No one was wearing masks, so it's a great place if you love being a disease vector. We were so uncomfortable - the kid serving coffee/working the counter was not wearing gloves and literally had a bloody bandaid peeling off of his fingers as he handled food and the register, not to mention the folks in the kitchen... We ordered coffee while we scoped the place out and instantly left, only to dump our drinks without touching them. Unbelievable disregard for health and safety - even if this wasn't during a damn pandemic. So disappointing.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way through the area and it was fabulous, we enjoyed it so much so that we stopped her breakfast as we came back through the area.

The Nite Owl is simply amazing. Has a great small hometown feel with friendly staff. The food was fantastic!

In past was there and really good. Today they did nothing to comply with covid regulations. No masks - STAFF and people coming in for takeout without them. No sign on door No social distancing. Every table used with no separation. No sanitizing of used tables. Filthy bathrooms. They should not be allowed to be open. We did not stay when we saw the situation.
