Very nice coffee shop and pastries. Good and friendly service. Good Internet.

This business donates to Christian anti-abortion charities with the money their customers spend in their facility, gross! As a woman I am extremely offended by this, and it is very unprofessional and inappropriate to instill your personal religious beliefs into your business. I won’t be eating here again and I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family not to also! Keep politics and religion out of professional workspaces! Just weird!

Second Edit: I haven’t had an incorrect drink in probably 5 weeks. I think a lot of the inconsistencies were coming from a new business with new untrained staff. I’m really glad they got the kinks work out!
Edit: I went through the drive through and was again given an incorrect drink. They are really good at making hot water milk, but no tea. I called again and spoke to the most apathetic person. This person was rude and disrespectful. They could not have cared less. If they don’t care, I don’t care to frequent their establishment.
My drink was made incorrectly yesterday and I called them. The person I spoke with was so kind! Not only did they fix my drink they also gave me a free drink. I was so impressed by how quickly and willing they were to fix a mistake. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been so pleasant! I think I have a new favorite coffee shop!

So far I've tried them twice. The breakfast sandwich with garlic parm sauce is delicious. I've had 2 frozen drinks, so far the Carmel is my favorite!

Was very excited to have them open and fill a space in that location. I work half a mile away and need coffee ! I love supporting a small business as well. The cinnamon spice tea latte tastes VERY similar to the one I get at bigby, so happy with that. And the girl who was working the register was super friendly and nice. I will return !

Kalamazoo outpost of small Michiana coffee shop chain. Like a slightly more classy Bigby's, but has a lot of the same coffee-store-in-a-box feel, with a tinge of trying too hard to be hip. There's fake stone tile floor, fake unfinished concrete block (!), unfinished wood veener, and a ton of fake brick (plus some real). All kind of mixed up. About a dozen tables of mixed sizes, half of which are the extra high ones. A couple of easy chairs next to a fake artisan wood table. Several outlets. Wi-fi (5Lks Guest) has no password, but there's a clickthrough webpage. "Alternative" rock slightly too loud on a quiet Sunday but probably OK usually. Tea is Harney & Sons bags. Didn't inquire about chai. Small selection of geometrically regular pastries in a grid under glass. Very friendly barrista/manager.

Overall, overpriced and not good, like, at all. First time I went, they gave me someone else's order. Gave them a second chance and I paid $6 for a small cup of "chai" (it was mostly milk. could barely taste anything chai.). There are definitely better cafes in the city - it's a no from me.

Best drive through coffee money can buy. Bring your dog for a pup cup!

Wonderful staff, pleasant clean atmosphere, fantastic place to study and enjoy their delicious menu. I find myself there every week!
Their breakfast sandwich is one of my favorites, as well as their bagels and smoothies.
