I love biggby but can't enjoy it because I work midnights and every single store closes at 8pmðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I guess only day shift workers get that specialty 😔

Totally disappointed, didn't get our choc. Chips added but was charged 2x. No Carmel drizzle or sauce, in mocha carmeI . Asked for no whip as they did it anyways......... Grrrrr, it was over 10$ for --not what I ordered....

Slow service. Had to wait 5+ minutes at the speakers in the drive through and no one responded. I pulled up to the window and it still took a couple minutes for anyone to come up to the window. The internet didn't work at all and only posted a .41 mbps download which is much slower than even a phone.

I've always loved Biggby, but between this store and the one in Mason, I may make the trip somewhere else from now on. The wait time is so long and my order is always wrong. It's so frustrating!

Do not believe hours posted on website nor the hours listing on the door at the premises either. After checking 12/8/19 closing time on web, showed 9pm. Arrived at 8:30 and they were closed. Door showed hours till 9pm .. had driven from spring arbor area

I hate writing bad reviews the last time I just called in and made a complaint. Just about every morning I walk in. Just about every morning I either order a avalanche or a mango red bull. I'm 100% sure my red bull mango freeze is just a mango freeze. I have a 4 star because yall are a great company and love coming to this location because yall are so nice. This isnt the 1st, nor the 2nd time my drink has been screwed up.

They are the slowest biggby location I have been too. The staff also consistently makes my drink wrong. The training at this location must be very poor bc the standards set by others are not met when I come here.

I love this coffee place the staff is always friendly and welcoming! The coffee prices are a little high but I am a person that is willing to pay more for good quality and this place has good quality coffee and they often offer coupons like BOGO.
