Fantastic! I love the smell of a good coffee shop so I go inside whenever I can. Plenty of seating and tables and the music is never too loud. The staff is always friendly and fast. Try a mocha nut latte or the caramel marvel, good samples of good coffee.

Quick service from attentive staff! The interior is open and bright. There is plenty of room to work though it seems rare that people stick around to work or talk over coffee, which is good if you're not into crowded, bustling coffee shops. Also, great selection of brewed coffees if you just want something simple (and it doesn't taste burnt like Starbucks).
Also many students work here and they do an excellent job so please consider making this your regular coffee stop and support their future.

I had a great experience at Biggby Coffee on Springport Rd in Jackson, MI. Amanda helped me through the drive thru. She was a breathe of fresh air compared to some other fast food employees that can barely smile. She was a great conversationalist and I saw her multitasking her heart out while still giving each customer personal attention. Maple Waffle Sandwich and Marshmellow Hot Chocolate was amazing!

I like their breakfast sandwiches, the Turkey one is really good. However, their coffee is too bitter tasting to me. I have tried their iced coffee, frappe style coffee, and just a cup of coffee and I still think it is too bitter tasting. I like the fruit blend thing. I think it was called a raspberry zinger. I like that. It is a bit too tarte but still not bad. The service was really nice and the drive line always moves pretty fast. Inside, it is welcoming (not too comfortable where I will camp out to write my blog for a few hours) but it was clean, well lit, and welcoming.

The product is tasty and the staff are polite BUT THIS IS THE SLOWEST morning coffee stop I've ever had. Do they not realize that at 6am people are on their way to work. Zero sense of urgency.

Great service and friendly staff. Never have had any issues with any orders that I've gotten from here. Prices can be a tad on the high side though, but most of the drinks they have here are worth it and are pretty yummy, plus you'll get service with a smile, which is always a bonus in my book, a good place to spoil yourself once in awhile.

Really nice staff! It was fairly busy when we went here, but the staff kept everything moving quickly. In and out, no problem. Close enough to the highway too that it's not a hassle to pull of, grab a coffee, and get back on the road. Definitely recommend.

The first time I have EVER taken the time to write a review. I really like the Biggby Coffee. I will not be back to this location. As can be seen in other reviews the drive thru service in the morning is way too slow. The mgmt must evaluate and train the EE's to hustle. 5 cars in line, took 15 min to get to the speaker box (901 am to 916 am), had to pull out of line and leave without ordering b/c I had no more time. This is not an isolated issue. I went to a competitor with 4 cars in line and got thru in 2 minutes.
