Bake Superior Bread

The garlic bread was totally the best ever! Our desserts with chocolate on top were delish. A gem of a place and a plus for Ironwood! Nothing beats great bread and bakery.

This is a company that is learning and hopefully will keep trying. Their breads are very sweet making them a little less favorable than other breads produced locally. Some breads are meant to have a higher sugar yield to them, it also controls the yeast, but a white bread should be able to be toasted and served with eggs etc and a heavily sweet bread does not work well for this or for sandwiches. The cinn rolls were actually tasty however. Their bread does not fair well the next day so buying larger amounts for the weekends or buying several different kinds to try and such does not work out well. They seem to produce far too little product during the day, they do not seem to be in the store baking early morning either and by mid afternoon they are almost out of product, this should be addressed as well as no one likes to go through the work of entering a store after spending time finding parking as the store has no parking lot, only to find out that there is nothing left to purchase.

I don't know why anybody would give this place a bad review. We've had everything from breads to pastries here and it's always so good! Great daily specials and very friendly staff. Great addition to Ironwood's downtown and hope they stick around for years to come!

Enjoyed the Tamarack 2.0 and some Rachel's jalapeño chips while sitting outside the Carnegie Library. What a hearty and filling sandwich. I would suggest a try. The homemade sourdough bread is wonderful and they do Not skimp on the turkey.

I've been here one time and had a cinnamon roll. It was fantastic. I've also had their buns on a hamburger from a place that buys from them. It was also very good. I'll be going back.

Omg the products are absolutely divine! I just had the strawberries and cream lattice and it was beyond words! Best part of the whole experience at Bake Superior? The passion behind the products. Bravo!

The baked goods are out of this world good! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Baked to perfection, excellent ingredients, and top notch craftsmanship. Superior is the right choice!

True sourdough bread! My son is recently coming of a gfcf diet and he can handle this bread. Knowlegable about my questions. I'd consider this a true bakery with health conscious and thoughtful bakers.

You wouldn’t naturally think of pizza when thinking of a bakery, but you should here! Only pepperoni, cheese and sauce, but each are very tasty on one of the best crusts i’ve Eaten. Do yourself a favor and try the pie!

We bought so many things here! Sandwiches, a loaf of bread, croissant, and more. So very good. We wish we were local!
