Great food great service, and the best sticky buns in Michigan! Still amazing fifty years later!

Ordered a skillet with sausage gravy and home fries, was very bland. The diced sausage links were the only thing that managed to have any flavor; the gravy was watery and the potatoes tasted like they'd been parboiled in unsalted water. Were it not for all the pepper I added it wouldn't have been very palatable. Nice staff but poor food, wouldn't return.

Friendly experience, quality and fresh food. Made for a great destination for a few motorcycles in northern Michigan this morning. Thanks! Will visit again.

Great breakfast place in downtown Indian River, super busy during peak months but well worth the wait.

This place is a bit nostalgic for me. My Grandfather (passed in April 2018) would take us here. He actually worked in this building when he was a boy...70+ years ago.
Btw- Great food and coffee too!

Very good breakfast! I can recommend the Greek omelette and homemade white bread toast. A tidy and welcoming place.

Stopped here on our way to the UP. Just found it on a Google search nearby and picked it because my name is also Chris haha. Everything was delicious, above your average diner quality. Packed on a Labor Day weekend. Our Server was great. We will stop by next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
