BIGGBY COFFEE

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, I came around 11am to get coffee for my coworkers and get a few breakfast sandwiches. Not only did I get a completely frozen in the middle sandwich but she forgot one of my coffees as well. When I turned around to drive back and rectify the situation, the young girl working there began laughing in my face shoved a coffee in my hand and refused to give me a refund for my cold sandwich. DO NOT spend your money here they do not care about you or your money. There’s plenty of better coffee spots to go instead of this one.

The very young employee was rude and when I asked for the owners phone number, she wrote down her own instead. When I called the number she continued to argue and refuse to give me the owners number. Luckily the very nice, mature manager at the Log Cabin helped me with my issue. Hopefully, this message will get to the proper owner/manager and they can better train their employees. Love The coffee ☕️

The first time I came here I waited about 15 minutes in the line. I get up to the window and they gave me the wrong order. They finally found my “right” order. Got it home and it was completely the wrong flavor. Second time I came here they got my order wrong again! I figured maybe just maybe they’d get it right this time. Well today they got it right. I ordered three drinks. Mind you I’m by myself so any normal person would think a store would have carriers right? Well nope. Needless to say! I won’t be coming back.

Coffee was good as expected - similar to the other Bigby locations in Grand Rapids. But this location has very young and inexperienced employees and the signs plastered all over the doors and counters saying "no public restroom" is very off-putting. You offer coffee, the ability to sit and purchase food and use wi-fi but no restrooms for your customers. Very strange.

I hate coffee but love my daughter so I stopped. Atmosphere inside was not friendly at all.

This location is honestly the worst Bigby I've ever been to.. I have been going since they opened to give them a fair shot, but something always gets messed up and they never have coffee. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I love Biggby. My usual location is in Big Rapids, Michigan. This location however can not make the drinks correctly. I have tried ordering several different drinks and not one of them was made correctly. The drinks were so terrible that they are not even drinkable. When I brought it to staffs attention, they were very rude. When they remade my drinks, they were even worse than the original. I am very disappointed that this location hurts the Biggby name. If you really need a Biggby fix the Cedar Springs location is not too far away and they will take better care of you. Even if this was the last place on earth I would not stop at this location.

Biggby coffee is always great but this is a newer store so I was concerned about how long it would take and much to my happiness the ladies were friendly, prompt, and had me on my way with my coffee in nothing flat!

I had THE BEST iced vanilla chai latte with sweet foam on top... from the new one close to Greenville... I asked the barista for something she would order on an off day that would make the day so much better... when I say she DELIVERED... 🥺 thank you to that barista, because she made my whole day so much better! I will order this as a new regular! I’m so sorry I didn’t have my pup with me, but I will have her next time! ♥️

I've been there more times than I can count ! Always order chi charger with extra shot and mocha for my husband .never have they messed up our order yet! Very kind sweet hard working staff always seem to be trying there best !
