This location charged my credit card twice, and I had to call the store several times with no answer, come into the location twice in person to try and resolve, they declined to give me contact info for the store manager or owner, and said they would take my contact info and have the owner contact me. After a couple weeks of no response, I then had to email the district manager Sarah Mattson who requested multiple forms of proof and other info from my bank, receipt, order details, time, date, etc etc, and she was supposed to contact me back but didn’t. Another couple weeks passed, and I then had to contact the corporate office, who also failed to resolve the issue, and said they would “pass my comments onto the store owner”, after I communicated they had failed to respond and resolve. I reached out again to the district manager, who finally said she would give me a refund, but I needed to come back a 3rd time to pick it up. My gas going there 3 times to get my money back was more than the refund given. They did absolutely nothing to make the situation right for the inconveniences, the month of back and forth to resolve, and didn’t even offer to replace the drinks which were also messed up on top of overcharging my card. My experience here was terrible, and I will wait for Starbucks to open.

Just stopped in and grabbed a couple coffees to go. We’re regulars there so they knew us lol!! But they just didn’t know what we wanted this time! It’s a great place to go for a coffee of some sort and the workers there are just like friends

Came here to do homework and in my time here I watched a coworker get a big attitude with another worker very unprofessional she was just trying to help and the other girl snapped at her. Then later another person came in and has been running drive through and is on their cell phone the whole time he’s been here. Then begins making fun of and mocking customers that are in the drive thru while other customers are in the lobby hearing everything. Words were “oh my god if she’s going to be so picky you would think she would Atleast know what she wants”. Very young disrespectful works here.

Ugh! What can I say?!

Yes their coffee maybe more expensive than most places.
But they make up for it with flavor and kind smiles.
I've never been disappointed in their coffee only in the fact the Sage kind that's seasonal isn't always available!! But that's alright as they have alot of options of good flavors. That taste good both hot and frozen.

Everything I come here they are always messing up my order. They have fixed it once but this is getting ridiculous. Wrong size drinks wrong order food. Staff are extremely nice until you tell them your order is wrong then they just tell you to have a nice day and close the window. I don't have this problem in Walker but this one is a constant battle to get the right things that you order. Today was the last day I come to this location. My drink and size is wrong and when I told the lady that she said it's really hard to hear back there and closed the window. Unprofessional.

Didn't wear my lipstick to this date to get F'd. $8.15 for a latte? Never again. McDonald's always at $3. I only get scammed one time to learn.

Usually very happy with Biggby. Quality items and employees are nice. However, there was a mixup in my order today and the one employee got very frustrated and acted rude towards me about the mixup. I understand people have bad days, or places are short staffed. Other than that I love this place.

I order biggby multiple times a week but my first experience here. My drink exchanged 3 different hands while they weren't busy, the store was a disaster...i.e. a sink full of bagels? And my drink was terrible. Pretty sure I was shorted my extra shot and the flavoring, in the multiple exchanges of employees. It tasted like a plain iced coffee. They have a lot of work to do to hold the standard of other Biggbys.

Got banned from this location due to an incident that happened back in February on around February 23rd. This facility doesn't close until 8pm and I had ordered coffee around 6:30pm. The lady argued with me about how she wasn't going to get me any coffee and this lead to me calling the branch manager. With no response back from upper management, I go in unexpectedly today and told I am banned from this location. There was never any physical or verbal threats and if this is how you treat customers, glad i won't be going back. This is terrible business practice.
