BIGGBY COFFEE

Takes way too long. I’m not sure if they are training/short staffed but something needs to change. The amount of people who leave the line, even after they order, is astronomical. I don’t have problems at other locations like this…

Waited 30 minutes in line for my drink. The girl at the window was slow and I had a hard time hearing her. The only reason I go to Starbucks more than BIGGBY is because no matter the location they are ALWAYS slow.

One star may be a bit harsh here, as I've never actually been able to buy a coffee at this establishment. I have, however, spent the better part of three months of my life waiting in their drive through. I usually give up after about 20 or 30 minutes and only having moved one car length. A detailed report on traffic patterns and the parking lot conditions is available upon request.

It's good coffee, but we had to wait in the drive thru behind 4 or 5 other cars for 25 minutes just to get to the speaker. The speaker itself was super tinny and quiet, so we just had to hope they got it right, since they don't have a screen that shows your order. While we were stuck in line between other cars, we watched multiple people park, walk in, and come back out with their drinks within 3 minutes, so it's clearly just the drive thru that's the problem. Still at a loss for how a drive thru can take over half an hour from getting in line to getting your order.

The drive-through was closed and we (me and my 1 year old) had to go inside. Every single person was so friendly. They were talking to my son, asking about him and just seemed genuinely interested. Then he starts breaking down and crying. I was so embarrassed, but they were all so kind to me about it. One employee (Anastasia, if I’m remembering correctly) carried my drinks out to the car for me and put them in the cupholders. I was not having a great morning and that small act of kindness made my entire day! Thank you!

I wish that biggby had a better way of making sugar-free drinks that still did not end up to be almost 400 calories. Their line was long they only had two people working but I got my items.

What happened with this place? Service has tanked and I have NEVER had to sit in a drive through as long as this location. Fix it or you're going to lose business.

Insanely slow. Slowest drive thru always. It shouldn’t take you five minutes plus per car. I try Starbucks McDonald’s or timhortons before I go to this location just because I don’t have 40 minutes to sit in line. After the last experience not coming here anymore

So we took a day trip to Grand Haven and I saw the big sign for egg nog drink...which was my late mum & I favorite at other establishments that have disconnected it....eager to try I was happy to get home and get one...it was worth all the hype the billboard gave it...a real good start to the season..im not even a biggby girl....so as a newbie I am very pleased. The long line went sooo fast too. Great service.

I've been here probably over 20 times. I think that the biggest downside of this specific Biggby Coffee Shop is it's location. In the morning at me can be really difficult to get out being so close to Fuller and Leonard. The service here is mixed; sometimes the staff is really attentive... sometimes there more into whatever it is that they want to talk about.
