Do NOT go here if you're on a time crunch! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru before I had to leave for work. I was 5 minutes late for work & no coffee!

The girl who took my order not only recommended a flavor combo that was super good, but she gave me a coupon when my phone wasn't cooperating with the online one. The recent price increases better be going to the kids working at the stores, they deserve it.

This location is so under staffed it should probably close. I can imagine some angry customers likely treat them terribly. It isn't their fault, but this is absolutely ridiculous to have a breakfast and coffee place that you can't get through in less than 20 minutes.

This is the slowest biggby drive thru in the area. I waited 30 minutes for one drink. I avoid this location or make sure I have ample time to wait.

Raziel was the very best barista I have encountered in years! He is so friendly and personable! I think he’d make a great assistant manager! He’s going places!

Everyone who works here is great and seems to love their job. However, I have never gone on a weekend and seen more than two people working at a time. They are always so understaffed. It took me over 30 minutes to place my order inside today, and there were only 3 people in front of me and 4 cars in the drive thru. Again I don't think it was the employees' fault, they were running around like crazy, but, I think if they were better staffed it would make a big difference.

Pulled in the drive through. I was the only customer. Ordered drove up to the window, waited 5 minutes to watch the barista set my coffee next to the cash register and then turn around, grab a drink for herself and then check her phone. A second car drives up 7 minutes later ( my coffee still getting cold next to the register) barista takes their order, makes their drinks and sets them next to mine. It's now been 10 minutes and a 3rd car drives up. She takes their order, makes their drinks and then decides to cash me out. I waited 15 minutes for 1 coffee. She gave me a huge attitude. As if I was bothering her for coming there. I will never be back to this location and I'll be sure to let everyone I know about this experience.

You can drive to the other nearby Biggby locations (Monroe and Wealthy) and get your order complete in usually around 5 minutes. Consistently for months here it is sometimes up to a 30 minute drive thru wait. Highly recommend avoiding this location!
