BIGGBY COFFEE

I've never liked their coffee. If you order a shot of espresso you'll see why.... They never adjust the shot its either sour or makes your mouth dry.
How arrogant to even respond that I don't like Espresso I love when machines are cleaned on a daily basis and dialed in properly your coffee is watered down and your Espresso is never right anyone thats drank a proper straight Espresso knows. You want to try a perfect Espresso? Goto ZD's Corner on Pierson Rd in Flushing and try a real shot....

When ya ask for an extra shot of expresso and flavor they deliver the best mocha mocha! Never had a bad experience at this location they get it right everytime.!

The barista with the orange hair was very snippy and rude with me while ordering today. I’m not sure if she had a bad day or not but the service was terrible.

Usually a wonderful experience. But the cashier with half blonde, half dark hair was nothing short of deplorable. Disgusting attitude, rude to me and my fiance and I've worked in customer service for over 5 years. There also didn't seem to be any customer there for a while so I really don't understand. I'd seriously reconsider who is hired at this location before there is no consideration at all for regular customers.

Great service and the beverage was made perfectly! The barista went out of their way to ensure I had everything included in my drink that I wanted.

Very good frappes. First time I've ever been to one so it was worth trying it. I had the mint one and loved it.

I go here pretty often early for coffee and have been greated with nothing but kindness. Ive never had a bad order and the employees are always customer friendly, and fast! In and out with great coffee. I personally couldn't be bothered to wait 30 to 40 minutes in a drive through line and if you cant either this is a great place to stop by!

we love biggby coffee and everything but they've quit even giving you one point on your biggby card if you're using a buy one get one free I understand not giving you a point on the free one that's perfectly fine but now not even giving you a point at all that's just not cool

I told them I wanted a medium coffee and to make it however they wanted.
The girl that made mine did a great job. 10/10 was exactly what I didn't even know that I wanted. The coconut flavor was delicious.
