BIGGBY COFFEE

I had to change my review here. They've canceled my order on doordash so many times it's crazy. Like they never have bagels in stock. Early in the morning. Makes no sense. And not to mention there's a girl that works there she wears glasses. The 2 times I saw her she was sitting on the floor right in front of the counter. Didn't even know I walked in. Second time. She had attitude that seemed to come from a personal problem and I felt very uncomfortable making my order with the nasty look on her face. I didn't even leave a tip and I always leave a tip anywhere I go. Then when she made me drink just set it down on the counter and acted like I wasn't there. This isn't the first employee that's been rude here.
I'll be going to the new bigby that's opened in GB. at least they have good customer service.

I love this location of Biggby on Hill Rd. The staff is always nice and attentive. I tend to try new things so I ask for recommendations from the staff! Today I was recommended Electric Dragon ( Blast Energy Drinks ) and it's a nice, tart yet sweet drink. Lovin it! As for my boyfriend he always (..always) gets the German Mocha ( Hot )! So anyways yes 5 star. I like this place and recommend coming here.

The staff was very accommodating to people with specific diet restrictions. Fast service. The coffee is good as always. Atmosphere is exceptional.

Always very good lattes here. But today, 10/22, very busy only 2 people at the counter. Young man making drinks was trying his best. We were there 28 minutes waiting for drinks. While there was still 7 people waiting before us a girl comes in and orders then goes behind the counter, gets her drink and leaves. While 11 people are waiting!

Coffee is always great, wait time questionable. Today I went and 7 people before me. Young man is working hard doing the best he can. A girl walks in, orders her coffee, walks behind the counter. She’s talking to the other girl while she gets her drink done. Before all us waiting. Waited 28 minutes.

In over three years I've been visiting this location, they've only made one mistake on drinks. It was quickly fixed with no problem. The staff here is always friendly, remember my preference for oat milk due to dairy allergy, and always willing to answer questions. I don't have a "regular" drink order so it's very nice to have such helpful people to explain new drinks to me. I appreciate all of you! They also offer BOGO drinks on Wednesdays!

Very fast service even with a long line! The coffee was delicious and so were our sandwiches. Wish there was more ham on the ham and cheese, but that's at any location, not a failing of any person, just a choice of the company.

First time visiting the particular store, women were amazing and order was on point. Thanks ladies.

Had a coupon that was expired but I received the coupon after it expired from general dollar. How is this my fault they should just not put an expiration date on them if your going to get them after they expire. Then they will not work with you even though the date on the receipt is for the same day. It’s ridiculous will never go to this biggby ever again and hopefully no one else does either.
