THIS PLACE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT KETO, WHICH I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE, BUT ANYWAYS I ASKED FOR A KETO MOCHA CARAMEL AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO OUT ON THE WEBSITE AND LOOK IT UP AND TELL THEM WHAT GOES IN IT AND THEY WOULD MAKE IT. I FOUND THAT TO BE A PROBLEM SEEING THAT I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER, I'M HERE TO BE SERVED AND THEY TELL ME TO FIGURE IT OUT. OH AND THIS WAS THERE LEAD THAT DID THIS AND SO I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS FINE WITH HIM TELLING A PAYING CUSTOMER TO FIGURE IT OUT AND INFORM THEM AS TO WHAT GOES IN THE DRINK YOU WANT.. GENESYS BIGGBY WOULD NEVER, TRY BIGGBY IN GRAND BLANC WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A 0 BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE A SELECTION.

I love getting my coffee here! The people are the best, they are all so nice and wonderful. Everyone should get a raise! :)

Nice and clean, service a little slow,actually I think they forgot about us, but quickly served us once we brought it to their attention.

Every time I come here the prices are different more the last time was told because minimum wages went up what does that have to do with me I Go there almost daily # I WILL NOT return

So delicious!! But sign up for coupons because it's a bit pricey and they help! Friendly service!
