Great coffee drinks and service. Always have specials like free shots or BOGO. Awesome Michigan chain. Skip Starbucks prices and pretentious attitude. Good value.

Stopped for a cup of coffee. Tried the Vermont Maple hot brew. It is a seasonal coffee so it was already brewed in a carafe. My coffee was just "warm", not "hot".

The coffee is great but behind their building looks like a literal landfill. Please clean it up.

Very friendly staff and awesome Specialty drinks however need to work on speed .line moved very slow

I was in this tuesday (dec 9) with a friend. we both ordered blended drinks. mine didn't have a lot of flavour so i asked for it to be remade. the barista offered to take my drink (which i had obviously already drank from), and re-blend it with more flavour. i said no thank you, i wanted it REMADE. re-blending a drink that's been contaminated by someone's mouth is against health code violations. the re-made drink tasted equally awful. i will not be back.

Love the coffee! My fav is iced mocha latte with a shot of espresso! And I like that they have small bottles of coffee you can buy for later in the day if you need a boost!

Its 5:52pm, Google says store is open doesn't close til 7pm. Sticker on door says open 7 til 7 on Sunday. So why is the door locked and the lights out. Guess I'll go to starbucks.

The best coffee drinks & good service. A bit pricey, but what coffee place isn't? And if you don't see what you'd like on the menu, just ask; if they have it they'll make it for you!

Had the eggnog freeze and it was great. Excellent service as well, can't wait to come back

Fastt wifi and wasn't busy on a late Monday afternoon (Columbus Day). Six 2-seat table and two comfy chairs in front of a (fake) fireplace. Fireplace is unusual for a Biggby's this small :)
