Foods are pretty good. However the store owner is very rude to his underage employee. going as far as threatening to not pay if she (the worker) quit, abusing his authority, Horrible manager !!
It seem as though he tends to be bias toward women. Being a person in authority doesn’t permit you to be a douchebag.

Sublime buns and tea. The early tweet ashta with honey and puck cream is perfect. The karak tea alone is worth the trek. Everything they put out is also beautiful, the roti give you a real sense of treating yourself. Thank you Pappa roti for being in the Lansing area! We need more places with this kind of dedication to quality beautiful food and drink.

Firstly I want to be clear this is more a review of the service than the food. I stopped in this morning a little after 8am (they open at 8) because I wanted to get some signature buns for my wife and I. First, they have a sign at the drive thru menu telling you to drive up to the window to order. No problem. Drive to the window and no one is there. There’s a sign on the window that says “ring the bell for service”. Sure. Ring the bell, wait about a minute. Ring the bell again. Nothing. Ring the bell a couple times in succession, no one comes. Then there’s a sign above the other sign that says “call this number if no one comes to the window”. What the heck kind of circus show is this? Whatever. Call the number, goes to voicemail. I bet you can guess what happens here. If you guessed “mailbox is full, please try again later” then you’d be a winner! Anyway, I gave up after that. I’m not sure how a business can hope to stay open if they don’t want to actually take peoples orders. Very disappointed.

I ordered their signature bun and it was absolutely delicious! Very soft and the perfect amount of sweetness. I also tried their karak tea, and am very satisfied with the flavor profile. The employees were nice and welcoming, and it feels like this would be a nice place to order a drink and pastry and just sit down and work or chill. Definitely coming here again!

Amazing. We ordered two sweet buns to go and they didn’t stand a chance. We HAD to eat them in the car! Very unique and tasty treat. Not overly sweet, made with top quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be back!!

My wife and I drove by a couple months back and saw this place in construction. Didn't know what it was but it was open this past Wednesday and we decided to go in. It's a coffee place that also serves Mediterranean food (which we didn't know until after we left). The coffee is freaking amazingly good and priced reasonably as well as the dessert bread options. My wife and I ordered the vanilla late and caramel macchiato (we got a caramel latte instead but it's not big deal at all). We are not picky so we said it was fine. They both were amazingly good and the dessert we got was called berries delight and that was also amazing as well. This place is a must go!

Delicious! The Karak tea is so flavorful and the coffee bun is beyond words and just buttery goodness. The lunch/dinner menu is also worthwhile, the chicken Schwarma has been my go to.

OMG the buns are amazing. I popped in because I spilled my coffee on my way into work and decided to try the signature bun as well. I am not even done eating it yet and had to come on and review it. It's amazing. It's the softest, most pillowy bun with just a hint of sweetness. It is divine. The coffee is also good. I will be back!

I wasn't that impressed it was mediocre. The strawberry banana smoothie with yogurt I ordered was really small for a large and very expensive. The smoothie also wasn't that good. I also ordered an original bun and it took along time for my order. Staff was very friendly!

A great place for some tea and a sweet treat. Extremely friendly staff and great service.
