The Baker's Rhapsody

My husband and I take motorcycle trips as often as possible; we pick a coffee shop as our destination and use back roads to get there. Yesterday was a return trip to Baker's Rhapsody for us. It was 43°, a grey, windy day. We again had an excellent experience: amazing baked goods, great coffee, warm, welcoming staff, clean bathrooms! Beautiful old building and pleasant atmosphere... definitely worth a visit. We'll be coming back!

We ordered cupcakes and a small cake to cut for photos from Baker’s Rhapsody for our wedding. Everything tasted incredible and the presentation was top notch. Jordan is so easy to work with and a great communicator. I cannot recommend Baker’s Rhapsody highly enough and will be a loyal customer forever!

We always get a Signature Cake for the birthdays in our family. They are delicious, inexpensive, and the perfect size. We love the confetti and the cookies and cream - I am sure the others are delicious but we love these so much, we keep ordering them over and over.

My husband and I also love getting a latte here anytime we’re downtown. We’re so lucky to have them!

The cinnamon rolls and cheese danishes were really good fresh in flavor, homemade, and best of all not too icky sweet. The brewed coffee was hot, good. And the decorations in the cookies were awesome! Thank you for being open on Christmas eve...

Our Cakes and Cupcakes were delicious! We are looking forward to our 1 year anniversary to finish the topper! Jordan was very knowledgable in how much we should order. He also runs his own bakery but don't worry he will deliver on your wedding day! He had great options for flavors and was attentive to the design we wanted. The dessert was a hit!

We came in for a cake tasting for our wedding. We met with Jordan who was super friendly and engaged. We decided to book this bakery for our wedding because the prices were reasonable and Jordan was super informative. The carrot cake was my personal favorite, and my fiancé loved the moist vanilla cake. We also tried a cold mimosa drink - nonalcoholic- it was very delicious and refreshing. Looking forward to seeing the final result for our cake!

An absolute gem in downtown Dawagiac. Delicious specialty drinks and pastries sell out daily. Their bear claw and almond joy latte are my every time orders.

Coffee and pastries are phenomenal. I work in Dowagiac several times a week and this is the only place I go for breakfast. They are always fast, friendly, and everything is fresh. If I lived in Dowagiac I'd be there every day!

Excellent coffee, better than anything you'll find in town, and better prices, service was great, good options for seating, perfect lighting....highly recommend this place.

My 4 tiered wedding cake was so beautiful it brought me to tears! (I’m not even joking) But, the best thing is the cake was as delicious as it was beautiful. I received many compliments from my guests that it was the best wedding cake they have ever had (even from the toughest cake critics in the family) Some even requested to have a some for breakfast the next day!
