This place is amazing! I tried a ginger shot and turmeric shot with ginger (made by Mary) yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! I went back today and tried a strawberry-banana smoothie and it was fantastic! If you are looking for a wonderful intimate restaurant with a beautiful ambiance and friendly staff...THIS IS THE PLACE!

Great place. Fresh squeezed juices and well prepared food like home. Nice seats inside and outside by the river. Prices are high but you get fresh home made. Good place to go back .

Clifford's is a unique and beautiful little breakfast/brunch/lunch place with a small but delicious menu of Smoothies, coffees, baked goods, breakfast options and sandwiches. I live their Healthy Haven and Key Lime Smoothies. Great Quiche! And my favorite thing is the Foraged Mushroom Soup that I had there the other day!

Fresh juice, dependable espresso, and delicious brunch- three of my favorite things. So far I've tried the croissant breakfast sandwich (delicious -add the egg), ginger shot, and I tried a bite of my friends fish taco as well as the barbacoa taco. Great decor and the location has a lot of potential being on the paw paw river. I'll be back.

Finally convince the husband to venture over to Cliffard's Coffee Canal on Wednesday March 27th. My husband ordered a vanilla latte and the canal classic sandwich ($6.75). I ordered a raspberry muffin ($4) and the gobbler sandwich minus tomatoes ($12).

I will admit some of the prices are a bit steep while others seem more spot on but it doesn't stop me from treating myself to something amazing every once and awhile. This eclectic spot gives off an artsy and hipster vibe. While I tend to not be fond of hipsters, I can appreciate a business who knows what people to cater too.

The drinks are marvelous, my favorite being the chai tea. I love their fresh fruit and all their homeade treats. My husband is a picky eater yet he was willing to eat here which was an exciting moment for me. That muffin was life giving. I felt my winter depression shed and soul thawed out from the 0° wind chill because of their fantasic raspberry muffin. My first visit I made the mistake of ordering the waffle because while tasty was no where near as magnificent as their muffins. Next time I come I will most likely contnue to change up my entree order to see what my favorite item on the menu is but I will never skip a muffin again.

Biggest downside is there isn't a whole lot of parking. It is difficult to find a spot and it's even more difficult getting out of the parking lot. That really is the biggest downside of the entire place. Everything else is fantastic and will bring me back for years to come.

Location is great with a beautiful view of the canal and beautifully decorated interior, however expect a pricey meal/drink with every option over $10 and small portions. Staff is friendly, but service is slow.

Loved it! This was the highlight of my St. Joe’s experience. Plants, coffee, great food, in a unique setting with friendly employees?! You do not find that many places.

Great place for breakfast or lunch on the canal. Well made food and awesome cafe drink options. Excellent view and ambiance on the deck and amazing staff. Go...like, today!

Wonderful coffee shop/cafe with a touch of plant store thrown in. Beautiful old brick building with high ceilings, looking out on the old canal. Decor is a mix of plant, vaguely nautical antiques, carved wood pieces, and other miscellaney. Fifteenish tables (mostly 2-tops) and a small bar (covered with knickknacks at the moment) inside. Another 20ish tables on patio outside on the canal. Several outlets. Instrumental jazz at low volume. Free wifi with posted password. Friendly and cute young barista / waitresses. Order at the bar, and items are brought to your table. Small selection of high quality bagged tea. Small selection of so-so pastries. Substantial menu of high quality breakfast and lunch things, juices, and smoothies. There were a half dozen locals in here in early afternoon on a cool mid-May Sunday. I suspect this place is jammed with tourists during the high season.
