I have loved the doughnuts since I was introduced to them at the home bakery in Clare. I loved it when a store came to Bay City since I live in Saginaw. I always try to get my favorite, the Deputy. If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you need to try this one.

Second time I've went in and the Long John's seemed hard and stale. I remember in the summer how fresh the donuts were. Now when I go in around 1 in the afternoon, they taste like they are day-old. This is twice now in a row.

Absolutely the worst bakery experience I have had in Bay City. Could not buy donuts by the dozen or half dozen, all of their donuts are separately priced.(over 6 dollars for a half dozen is ridiculous) Selection wasn't the greatest. Gave me the wrong donuts than the ones I asked for. And to put the icing on the cake, the freaking Bavarian cream long johns I got were so stale you can have used it for croutons instead, Mind you it is 8 a.m. so you would think they would be fresh? My first time since they re-opened, and it will be my last.

I go out of my way to have a fresh donut with my kids when we're shopping in Bay City at Cops and Doughnuts. The supply is always fresh and delicious. A dozen donuts is rather expensive but it's always a better idea to get one each anyways. Sour Creme are my favorite!

Cops & Doughnuts have stepped up there game especially on Fat Tuesday. They have the biggest and correct textured paczki in Town (and I'm normally a Barneys fan). The inside/outside presentation was much more professional and cleaner then the last time I was in and the staff was very friendly. I will return.

Decided to drive to Bay City this morning instead of Clare for some doughnuts. Disappointed--not at all. They were just as delicious their other locations.
Horrible waitstaff with attitudes--nope. The few that were working were friendly and the woman who helped me was great.
Overpriced--considering the cost of goods, crew and everything else--the cost is just fine because you're getting a damn good doughnut.
Never to return again--only if I'm dead. Cops and Doughnuts has my business.

You could go on a donut frenzy in here. Products are beyond big, always taste great, and reasonably priced. Many of the "non-doughnut" items don't seem priced, and that makes me a little uncomfortable. Staff is helpful and patient.

Delicious take on the apple and cherry fritter. VERY pleasant staff. Definitely recommend.

Lower rating, went in several times at different times of day with the evening being the worst. Why even been open 24 hours if you have only 1 kind of doughnuts available that are dry and old. If your lucky enough to be there when it's fresh it's not bad.
