I had to interrupt the employee's visit with her friend and ask if i could purchase a dozen donuts, and she not very interested in helping me but she did..if i would not had grandkids with me wanting donuts i would have left!!! She was rude and very unfriendly!!!the young girl with braces or retainer in her mouth. Donuts a five star but service no stars!!

Taste good and awesome price. The employees were nice and knowledgeable of the product. I got a stuffed doughnut and it was great but the filling was compact just in the middle so it took a few bites to taste the full experience.

Anytime we're in the Battle Creek area we stop at the Sweetwater Donut Mill. The selection is awesome, the staff is helpful and friendly and it's easy off and easy on I-94. Sometimes it's very busy and a reason for that is people are dumbfounded by the huge selection of donuts and pastries available. They can't make up their minds!

The manager Haley is rude to customers when they have issues she can’t deal with. I’ve heard her say she won’t get in trouble because her grandmother won’t care. I’ve gone there off and on for years but I’m done now that she’s there. No donut is worth a toxic little girl having power go to her head because it’s a family business.

Used to be amazing when the older staff members were on duty.
Now that they've hired in younger faces it seems that service and doughnut quality has gone down considerably.
Got their Oreo doughnut consistently every week for around 3 months last year, now they're claiming they only make them on "special occasions" which seems like an outright excuse, And they were also out of another popular seller White Clouds, The only other one I prefer to get.
Not to mention that the Half-Dozen glazed doughnuts I did purchase varied EXTREMELY in size, and the quality of the establishment overall was very poor. With dirty racks where the doughnuts are displayed, and Paper hanging down off of the trays, This place seriously needs to change something.

This place is cheaper and tastes exponentially better than dunkin donuts. It is at the top of the ramp so you can hop on and off the highway and get your awesome donut fix. We stop every time we visit friends in michigan. My neighbors look forward to me bring home a dozen.

I was super excited and talked this place up to my coworkers, but we ended up dissapointed. When I arrived, they were completely picked over and had almost no doughnuts available. I asked and they said it would be several hours before new doughnuts were ready.
They have good doughnuts, but doesn't matter if none are available. We ended up getting Hinkleys and were just as happy.

Best doughnuts around. I've only ever had a doughnut that came to close in OH. Hands down best place to go. My favorites are the Cream filled long John or white cloud (same things different shape) and the NY cheese cake. Can't go wrong though.

This place always has the best donuts. I recently moved back to Michigan and when I was in Battle Creek I had to stop. Also, it's amazing for a doughnut place to be open 24 hours. You just don't see that.
