Clerk very abrupt and rude. Had a free drink and she took it off on smallest drink in our order. When I asked about it she said its corporate policy. Any other gloria jeans always gives more expensive bigger drink for free. I will NOT return here. Poor customer service.

This coffee is okay. I ordered a mocha it wasn't anything special, my boyfriend ordered a cooler and his wasn't very good either. The prices are similar to other coffee shops but the coffee itself is just okay. I would try something else.

Every time I go to the mall I pass up Starbucks and Tim Hortons for some quality coffee ran by local owners. They are very nice and the fancy coffee are very good. I can't wait to go back when I go back out in that direction again.

I work at the mall, so my tradition is the beginning of my stores Christmas extravaganza I go to Gloria's to get a large Voltage Chiller, which has a shot of espresso. This helps me survive one of the craziest nights in my store.

Had breakfast here with family. Good food and service. Prices very reasonable. Lots of free parking available, with no wait for seating.

This might be one of the last known Gloria Jean's in existence. The coffee is as good as the Starbucks kiosk around the corner with none of the wait.

I ordered tea and it was very good and my boyfriend ordered caramel latte iced and he liked it. Service was great.

I absolutely love this place! You can tell it's family owned and I definitely recommend the pistachio latte!!!!!
