My wife and I came out to Great Lakes crossing and wanted to get a sweet treat. We stopped here (in district 6). I got the English toffee chiller and my wife got the white chocolate cookie chiller. We both really liked hers and mine wasn't shabby either. If your in the mood for a caffeinated beverage, go here.

Wonderful place to get coffee! My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here! If we lived closer, I would make the effort to go in the mall just for this place! Coffee tasted amazing and was able to sit down for a little to enjoy it with my wife! It was a pleasant to see some locals come in for coffee and conversation. They came in just for this shop and left. I love that! Great service and friendly staff! Very cozy shop! My wife and I will look forward to coming back again when we're in the area!

i’ve been here three times, & two times ive been yelled at/made fun of by the same barista. the coffee is okay. it’s the best place in great lakes crossing, & both experiences made me feel like i was in a cafe in new york living the true coffee-goers experience so i dont mind. support small businesses & remember to tip your baristas

I really enjoy Gloria Jean, they have amazing drinks. However, the last few visits the employees seem depleted and were a bit rude, despite how small the coffee shop is. Not how I remembered the environment to be. Great coffee & tea, snarky employees.

The best cafe that I have visited in Michigan. I like to order vanilla carmel chiller. It's so delicious.

This is nice little cafe in Great Lakes crossing, the prices are great and the large coffees are bigger then your head-so you get what you pay for! The white chocolate mocha lattes are to die for. Service was great!

By far one of the best coffee places that actually has more variety than most. Although some might be contradicting this statement believe it or not this is one of the only remaining coffee location in the area that sells this amazing blend that many should because just like all the other coffee locations this has an excellent blend of smell & taste. The location always seems to have the same individuals; therefore, I assume it’s family owned, hence, making it even better because they truly are not run by corporate metrics. Remember good things are always made when you take your time and blend it with kindness.
