Great in every way, except music is too much stuck on hard (white) rock at times. Not conducive to focusing. Mix it up a little! Sorry.

Not dog friendly - they will get all freaked out if you walk inside with your dog, yet there are no signs on the entryway door. I understand if dogs are not allowed inside but It’s a bit obnoxious to get mad at your customers if you haven’t first ( sign on door) made this rule apparent.
Also, they must have a contract with aromark
Or whomever the current college/prison industrial complex purveyors of Dasani water are… I mean why else would you sell Dasani…?

Iny opinion, one of the 3 best lattes in Western Massachusetts! Everything else, from the large assortment of freshly made pastries to a well prepared bagel, is perfect. The service is always on point and the atmosphere vibrant. It is a regular stopping point for us when visiting the northern Berkshires and southern Vermont.

Superb range of coffee selection & assorted biscuits/cakes. Handy parking opposite but closes by 2pm.

Everything about Tunnel City Coffee screams trendy, busy college espresso bar. Sadly the great atmosphere was severely downplayed by the sub-par customer service. The woman who took our order acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. She never told us if our food was coming to us at a table or if we needed to wait for it at the crowded counter. When our bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin was brought out to us it was burnt and somewhat pathetic looking. The coffee is maybe a step up from Starbucks but nothing to write home about. This was my first visit and it might be my last with all the other options available in the area.

Love the atmosphere, the sweet treats and lots of seating. Thier bagels are unmatched to any other bagel I've tried. So delicious! On the pricey side.

If you are in the area it is definitely worth stopping here. If you have a sweet tooth do not pass up the opportunity to try their cookies, chocolates and cakes. It is a memorable experience and everything they create makes a great gift too. Absolutely delicious.

Amazing selection of coffee drinks and edibles.
I enjoyed the bacon, broccoli and red pepper quiche. The pretzel turtle chocolate nibble was rich with caramel and balanced by the perfect pinch of salt.
Tunnel City roasts their own beans and the high quality flavor of the dirty chai I ordered speaks well of both the roaster and the barista.
I made a second trip to grab another dirty chai the next morning. It was superb. I also grabbed the most amazing blueberry raspberry bran muffin. Yes, bran. That muffin was delightfully moist and packed with berries. I regret not grabbing a second one for later.
Everyone who helped me at Tunnel City Coffee was polite and friendly. Stopping in here was one of the high points of my flying visit to Williamstown.

I love the vibe of this cafe. They have a nice selection of drinks, cookies/cakes, and other small snacks & drinks. You should definitely try the Battenkill skyr!
There are nice window seats and you can even open the large windows for a little breeze. There's also a small room if you want added privacy.
