This is a very small, quaint, and trendy place to grab lunch. The service is nice and quick, but the restaurant mainly does takeout orders. They also offer homemade drinks along with smoothies which were very tasty. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area!thankfully I found the small family-made cafe a gem! Tried tuna wrap and buffalo chicken sandwich specials and they both tastes good. Really love the smothie! Perfect for summer!
Food is pretty good but the guy that takes orders is beyond rude. I asked if I can get a side of the sauce that already comes on the sandwich his response was "nah I don't sell that" then I asked is there any way I can get extra sauce on the sandwich he says, "I doubt it".. this is the third time something like this happened here. Seems like he thinks he's doing his customers a favor for allowing them to buy his food..smh
Had breakfast here earlier this month with my officiating crew before a college game in Springfield MA. TINY hole-in-the-wall place that was fantastic. Two people worked the place, one cooked the other did everything else. Boy did they do it right. Fantastic food, huge portions, good coffee. Go here. I may be jinxing myself as I think they MAY be able to seat 15 to 20 at any given time.....this review may create lines out the door, and spoil my little secret.
I love this lil place! I've popped by a few times for take out lunch during the work week and it's been delicious every time. Be sure to check their Facebook page - they post new specials every day, I think. I plan for it to take about half an hour for my order to be ready. Not sure how it is during non-COVID times, but every time I've gone in there, it's been the same gentleman in the kitchen and taking orders. He works really hard and it pays off. Today I had a cup of soup (pumpkin Thai) and a wrap from the daily specials. Everything was incredible - even the side salad the wrap came with was fresh and full of leafy greens, which I like. And the homemade ranch dressing?! Very flavorful. Pretty sure he makes hand cut fries and potato chips as well. Tots or sweet potato fries are an option too.
Seriously - stop reading this review and just go EAT.
This is hands down, the best place to get food. I've been here a few times, and gotten take out a couple times. The food is always top quality, and the chef is very talented. If you have never tried chicken and waffles before, this is the place to try it. I'm glad this place is so close to where I live.
I've been impressed every time I've been to Eat. The menu includes a lot of classics, as well as creative options. When ordering things I know I can find on many other menus, I tend to expect that it won't be anything special -- but at Eat, even the most "generic" sounding options are really exceptional. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous.
Excellent food and excellent service are really all I️ can say. Tye pumpkin tea was delicious and my Polish scramble was perfectly cooked and accompanied with tator tots cooked to a beautiful golden brown. The toast came with pumpkin butter which was divine. Such a nice place to eat!!! Stopped in while traveling for breakfast. Pancake were great, covered with lots of fruit. No need for syrup! Egg sandwich was very good too. Small place; we were there at an off time so it wasn't crowded...I can imagine during prime breakfast time this place is jammed!
The staff are amazing friendly and nice to be around and the food is absolutely amazing. Whatever can be homeade and fresh is surely so and be sure not to miss out on their drinks. Their Apple Lemonade was like nothing I've ever had and it was delicious.
Came across this place by accident last week and decided to try it today. My co-worker and I both ordered cheeseburgers with one order of fries and the other with their home-made chips. I ordered ahead and it was just ready when I got there so the burgers were fresh and hot as were the fries and chips. Sooo good. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The chips and fries were to die for. You can tell that the burger meat was formed and not a pre-made patty. Can not wait to try them for breakfast and other lunch items. Very creative menu. Everything is made from scratch.
Let me preface this by stating that breakfast food is my favorite. I don't share it, I could eat it for all three meals of the day and I will go to great lengths to find an awesome breakfast spot. Look no further than Eat. Service is always prompt with a smile and the food is SO enjoyable. The building is small, but this adds to the charm. I can't help myself when I go to Eat. I always get two plates. Usually the waffle and then one of the amazing omelettes. Don't ask me which is my favorite- I refuse to answer because they're all so good. Park around back, pull up a chair, be welcomed like family and EAT the food that is so good, it'll make you want to slap your mama. They won't disappoint you.
